YOGA IN KRIYA
Kriyás are cleansing practices.
Bathing, washing the face, brushing the teeth, are also kriyas.
Yoga kriyas refer to special yoga techniques meant to cleanse the inner organs.
To eliminate toxic substances accumulated in our body.
By the six karmas (shatkarma) one is
freed from excesses of the doshas.
Then pranayama is practised and
success is achieved without strain.

(1) Trátaka - eyesight.
(2) Neti - upper nasal track
(from throat to nostrils).
(3) Kapálabháti -entire respiratory tract, cleansing of blood and brain
