Motivate the staff towards research programmes by applying Minor Research Projects.

Involving in conduct of student organized seminars. Conducting student projects and class room seminars. Encouraging the students to participate in various cultural

activities at university level and in youth festival. Involving students in several social service activities like tree

plantation, blood donation camps, awareness campaigns, Karthika samaradhana, Karthika Pournami, campus cleaning through NSS, Sports Day Celebrations, Eco club, Red ribbon club, Aids Day, Swachh Bharat and NCC.

The plan of action chalked out by the IQAC in the beginning of the year towards quality

enhancement and the outcome achieved by the end of the year 2015-2016

4. Rally on Prohibition of Liquor in Khajipalem Main Center.

A Rally Conducted on Prohibition of Liquor in Khajipalem Main Center on 01-07-2015. Principal, Staff and Students are participated in this Rally.

5. Alluri Sita Rama Raju Birth Day Celebrations

Alluri Sita Rama Raju Birth Day Celebrations conducted on 04-07-2015. Chair person: Dr. G. Krishnam Raju, Incharge Principal, KVR,KVR & MKR College, Khajipalem.

6. Home Exams Tutorial Examinations were conducted at regular

17. Teachers Day Celebrations

Teachers Day Celebrations Sponsored by Sri Devi Murali Krishnam Raju Charitable Trust, Hyderabad conducted on 05-09-2015. Chief Guest Prof.M.Radha Krishna Murthy, Vice Chancellor, KL University, Vaddeswaram. On this day felicitated to best teachers in their subject percentages at mandal level i.e.Karlapalem, Nizampatnam & Pittalavani Palem as follows:

Poetry restoration competitions were conducted at Mandal level Schools & Colleges.Book Exhibition also arranged. Chief Guest: Sri Y.Ram Prasad, Principal, MVR Degree College, Karlapalem.

20. Women Empowerment Programme

Conducted Guest Lecture on Women Empowerment on 02-12-2015. Resource Person: Dr. A. Anuradha Padmavathi Kumar, HOD, Department of Political Science, Bapatla College of Arts and Sciences, Bapatla.Conducted Textile Printing Training Program from 12-12-2015 to 13-12-2015. Trainers: K.Latha, N.Aruna from Chennai.. In this Training 36 members are participated and Trained.

Social Service Activities are part of Curriculum.NSS Volunteers and NCC Cadets were participated in various Activities like :

23. Guest Lectures Majority of the departments were conducted Guest Lectures with eminent Academicians for the benefit of the student community.

24. Procuring more Equipment

More equipment was procured by various departments according to their curriculum and as per requirement.

25. Feedback Feedback was collected from students, parents and alumni regarding teaching, learning, infrastructure, facilities provided, maintenance of buildings, toilets, drinking water, parking place, ladies waiting room facility. The opinions were analyzed; precautions were taken where ever there is a gap.

1. Majority of the students are satisfied with teaching methods and communication of the teacher.

2. Students are satisfied with the content taught by their teachers and class discipline.

3. Students are being motivated by some of the teachers.

4. Students are happy with the class room tests conducted by the teacher.

5. Majority of the students are not feeling burden to do assignments and project work given by teachers.
