“La Pagerie” is a French colonial style

beachfront villa nestled in North Natural

Park, on the authentic island of Carriacou,

the most southern isle of the Grenadines

Archipelago, a true sailing paradise.

“La Pagerie” offers five en-suite

bedrooms, each with a large

bathroom, and two independent

studios.

The estate has been labeled “The

Pearl of the Caribbean” by

international TV Channel LUXE.TV

The villa also integrates a spacious

sundeck, incorporating a sea-view

infinite pool, allowing for

unforgettable sunsets.

La Pagerie is ideally fit for a party

of ten to twelve guests.

Eastern Caribbean, 12° north of

the equator (therefore outside of

the hurricane belt).

The island is approximately 20

miles from Grenada and part of

the tri-island state of Grenada,
