Conclusion
• La prévalence de l’anémie en transplantation est importante,supérieure à 30 % après 6 mois de greffe
• Son impact sur la qualité de vie et sur la morbidité despatients transplantés est certain

• L’utilisation de dose importante d’EPO dans les premiers jours post-greffe permet une correction plus rapide de l’anémie
• La correction de l’anémie par l’utilisation d’Epoetin semble associer à une réduction de la progression de la néphropathie d’allogreffe et à une meilleur survie du greffon
