Localweddingfairs.com and the St Helens Star have teamed up with the events team at Langtree Park Stadium, home of St.Helens R.F.C. to once again bring our next fabulous wedding shows for 2016.

The stadium is ideally located at the heart of St Helens and offers an unforgettable setting with rooms overlooking the pitch. The stadium is licensed to hold all styles of ceremony in any of their fabulous rooms, from pitch-side views to their boardroom with its wonderful art décor and trophy display. Great for Rugby fans!

Our stunning shows, with free admission and free parking, are always a popular choice with our specialist exhibitors creating a great day out for family and friends to gather, to make those all important decisions, on what will be one of the biggest days of their life.

Our wedding shows are promoted heavily using our publishing network 10 weeks prior to each show with in paper adverts, website and social media promotions, extensive in paper coverage including editorial support, banners where possible at the venues and professional marketing material sent via mail shots including email and texts to visitors from previous shows and to potential brides and grooms from the venue.

Additional opportunitiesAs we limit the styles of stands to ensure we have a good mix at our shows, it often means that those businesses wanting to have a presence at the show are not able to do so due to cost and availability.

To give everyone an opportunity to be part of the shows we have introduced a range of fantastic additional marketing opportunities including leaflets, catwalk options and various sponsorship deals.

Leaflets

We have a branded carrier bag, and we are happy to distribute your leaflets in carrier bags for you, ensuring all visitors to the shows at least receive a leaflet about your business.

The cost of this leaflet service is £50 + VAT per show




Once a stand has been confirmed with a deposit, each exhibitor will be added to our online business listings on our fantastic website localweddingfairs.com

This listing can then be adapted to include a live URL weblink to the participating exhibitor’s website or social media page*.

Exhibition of goods

The Exhibitor shall only display materials and goods as described on the booking form, any items not on the booking form require the prior written consent of Newsquest Northwest Ltd. (Organiser). The Organiser reserves the right to remove any material on display which is not included in the booking form. Any advertising material which does not relate to the business for which you have booked the stand can not be distributed from the stand or, anywhere else within the exhibition area.

Fee payment for stand

A non-refundable deposit of £50 (plus VAT) is required at the time of booking to secure a display stand. The full balance is payable on or before 6 weeks prior to the show date. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any stands booked where payment is not received 6 weeks before the show date. We offer an interest free instalment plan for your convenience.

Location of booked stand

A request can be made at the time of booking by the Exhibitor as to the preferred location of the stand however the organiser reserves the right to allocate stands according to the available spaces at the time of booking and/or layout of the room plan.

Exhibitors obligations

Shall provide its own equipment suitable for use at the stand · To ensure that all displays are maintained to a high standard of presentation · Shall ensure persons attending the stand are responsible adults · Keep the stand area clean and tidyTo adhere to all fire and safety regulations applying to the exhibition venue · To keep all aisles and fire exits clear at all times · Where it requires electricity it will book this requirement with the Organiser and provide its own extension leads as necessary.To ensure all electrical equipment used on the stand must have the appropriate PAT testing certificateTo fasten and secure all trailing cables securely with tape so as to prevent trip hazardsEnsure it does not bring any alcoholic beverages for its own consumption or for serving to visitors without the prior written agreement of the OrganiserEnsure all its advertising materials are only distributed from its stand area
