Benefits of the LASER Fully Managed ServiceThe Fully Managed Service is a unique management option from the LASER team, offering energy portfolio management for public sector customers.

Budget Mechanisms

Budget reporting

• LASER can support you with budget accrual to avoid unexpected charges.

• Forecasting will be provided to estimate the cost of your utility supplies for the upcoming financial year.

• Our procurement service minimises your cost through effective procurement strategies that protect your budget against adverse market movements. This is achieved by our procurement analysts closely monitoring market prices and their drivers enabling us to buy energy when conditions are right.

Site Level Consolidated Billing

• This will enable you to keep track of all your meters with one single invoice per month, per product.

• An optional CSV file can be added which enables you to view a summary of the invoice showing each meter and its consumption in an excel format.

Query Management

• You have access to a dedicated team with vast experience in managing complex industry processes.

• We commit to resolving all invoicing and site queries on behalf of our customers, liaising with site contacts, suppliers and industry third parties.

• We provide regular updates and reporting on query progress.

Invoice Validation

• Invoices are validated on our bespoke GEMS system to ensure accuracy before issuing to the customer. This ensures you will only receive fully validated, correct invoices and will not need to pay erroneous supplier invoices.

• LASER manages all debt issues with the supplier directly, including with-holding payment on inaccurate invoices.

Contract Management

• We provide proactive management of your meter information, ensuring any changes made are amended, tracked and regularly updated to ensure your account information is accurate and up to date.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

• LASER administer your VAT requirements and directly related Climate Levy Charge (CCL) via the completion of a single LASER VAT certificate regardless of the contracted supplier.

Price Renewal Communication

• LASER will send through price renewal communications confirming the new prices for the upcoming year.
