There are no steps to create a startup but if you follow the steps mentioned, you’ll be able to validate your idea for under $100 (might vary on the idea). We’ll focus on getting paying customers and not on getting likes or followers, as an entrepreneur it’s important that we start earning from day one and make the business self sustainable.
We’ll begin with searching for an idea, move on to creating the landing page/ prototype, then focus on driving customers to the product page and see if they are willing to pay for the service.
This process can take anywhere from 7-15 days (7 days are more than enough, but some ideas might take longer). Here is a major breakdown of the processes that we’ll follow and validate our startup-business model.
WHAT’S GONNA HAPPEN
Creating your landing page/ prototype and faking your product/service launch. It should have an email catcher and a “Buy Now” button.
Driving traffic to your page using Facebook ads. We suggest Facebook ads because it has more than billion users and you can specifically target your users on Facebook, more alterna-tives are mentioned in the book .
Track the conversions, i.e. number of users who clicked on “Buy now” track them using Google Analytics and number of users who subscribed to your email list, thus validating the need and demand for the idea.

Idea Matters- Bad idea executed well will not make a good business, so it’s important to find a good idea.
Execution Matters- Good Idea, executed poorly, will not help your business grow. So don’t just rely on a good idea.
Timing -A good Idea with good execution will not matter if the timing is wrong, so choose an idea which is adaptable to current market situation
Hustling- Everything done perfectly without the hustle to get customers will not make your business BOOM, so make sure you (Founder) has the hustle to sign up customers.
