This program replaces the Ontario Management Development Program (OMDP), which was previously offered through the Ontario college system for more than 20 years. The program will build on existing skills and experience and apply those skills to workplace situations. This program will enhance your leadership skills and help you to develop new skills to meet career and organizational objectives. Offering a solid foundation in project planning and team building, this program will equip you with the skills you need to be successful in entry leadership positions, front line or mid-level management positions.
