Overview The BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership Management course at English in Paradise (EIP), is for people who want to develop and broaden their knowledge and skills in leadership and management across a range of contexts.

The course covers senior or managerial responsibilities, including development and change within organisations, innovation and improvement, managing finances, implementing diversity policies, developing marketing plans. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be awarded the nationally recognised qualification BSB1015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership Management.

The course is delivered over 2 days per week, over 60 teaching weeks with up to 12 weeks holidays. This course is delivered in a face-to-face classroom mode at the EIP Surfers Paradise campus on the Gold Coast. The units delivered in the courses are:

Entry Requirements While there are no prerequisites for entry into this course, due to the advanced level it is recommended that students satisfy one or more of the following criteria: - Successful studies at Diploma level in either the Business Services Package or other accredited training package. - Successful undergraduate studies in either Australia or overseas. - Successful completion of Certificate IV in English Proficiency and successful completion of a Diploma from any accredited training package. - Vocational experience (in a management position) but without formal qualifications.

Intakes are every week apart from scheduled and public holidays.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) There are no RPL arrangements for this course at EIP International College.

Credit Transfer You may be eligible for a credit transfer if you have previously undertaken training through a Registered Training Organisation. Credit transfer may be granted for one or more units or a full certificate level. Three major factors need to be considered: How current the qualification is, does the previously obtained qualification map to the current version of the course or unit, and if the training was undertaken with an Australian Registered Training Organisation. If you think you may be eligible for credit transfer you will need to provide the following: A certified copy of the original statement of attainment and/or certificate is to be provided for a credit transfer.

The BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership Management course at English in Paradise (EIP), is for people who want to develop and broaden their knowledge and skills in leadership and management across a range of contexts.The course covers senior or managerial responsibilities, including development and change within organisations, innovation and improvement, managing finances, implementing diversity policies, developing marketing plans. It also covers developing and executing advertising campaigns. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be awarded the nationally recognised qualification BSB1015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership Management.This course is delivered over 2 days per week, over 48 teaching weeks with up to 12 weeks’ holidays. This course is delivered through EIPs Leaning management system (LMS) consisting of face-to-face classroom modes at EIP Surfers Paradise campus on the Gold Coast, in addition to online units.
