General terms and conditions The website of acuity-enterprise.com and its conferences is a brand managed by Acuity Enterprise s.r.o, a limited liability company registered with

identification number (ICO) 0 , Tax ID (DIC)

1. Fees are in inclusive of conference materials and

refreshments.

2. Payment Terms: Following completion and return of the

registration form, full payment is required within 5 days from

receipt of invoice. Payment must be received prior to the

conference date. Upon receipt of payment, a receipt will be

issued. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment

is not received on time. Unless otherwise stated on the

booking form, payment must be made in Euros.

3. Discounts: We encourage early registrations; therefore we

give an “early bird” discount of 15% to all individual bookings made 90days before the event, and 10% to all individual

bookings made 60days before the event. NO discount would

be given to any bookings under 60days of the event.

Discounts shall be given to referrals and group registration at

any time of the registration. For such discount, please contact

Acuity Enterprise for details.

4. Cancellation/Substitution: Provided the total fee has been

paid, substitutions at no extra charge up to 15 days before

the event are allowed. Substitutions between 15 days and the date of the event will be allowed subject to an administration

fee of equal to 10% of the total fee that is to be transferred.

All bookings carry a 50% cancellation liability immediately

after a signed sales contract has been received by Acuity

Enterprise . Cancellations must be received in writing by mail

or fax not less than twenty one (21) day before the

conference is to be held in order to obtain a full credit for any

future Acuity Enterprise conference. No credit would be issued

for any cancellation within 10days of the conference.

Thereafter, the full conference fee is payable and is non-refundable. The service charge is completely non-refundable

and non-creditable. Payment terms are five days and

payment must be made prior to the start of the conference.

Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute

cancellation.

Acuity Enterprise is not responsible for any loss or damage as

a result of a substitution, alteration or

cancellation/postponement of an event. Acuity

Enterprise shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to

a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any

other event that renders performance of this conference

impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this

clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to:

war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.

If, for any reason, Acuity Enterprise decides to cancel or

postpone this conference, Acuity enterprise is not responsible

for covering airfare, hotel, or other travel costs incurred by

clients. The conference fee will not be refunded, but can be credited to a future conference. Event program content is

subject to change without notice.

5. Disputes: By signing this contract, the client agrees that in

case of dispute or cancellation of this contract shall be finally

decided with the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic

Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of

the Czech Republic by one arbitrator appointed by the

President of the Arbitration Court.

6. Copyright etc: All intellectual property rights in all materials

produced or distributed by Acuity Enterprise in connection

with our events are expressly reserved and any unauthorized

duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
