Fraud and corruption in the procurement function (such as illicit rebates, kickbacks and dubious vendor relationships) are all too common. While the

risk can never be fully eliminated, districts can implement controls to reduce the likelihood of these occurring . Presenter: Guiselle Carreon, San Diego
