Hotel Reservation Information

CASBO has contracted with certain hotels that will provide conference attendees with a discount rate. CASBO member and non-member registrants and CASBO exhibitors will be able to reserve hotel rooms as follows:

• CASBO member and non-member registrants will receivehotel information in their registration confirmation emails.This hotel information will include hotel reservation links tothe contracted hotels.

• CASBO exhibitors will receive hotel information directly fromLaura Bohannon, our exhibit manager, after booth reservationand payment are made. This hotel information will includehotel reservation links to the contracted hotels.

If you require hotel accommodations, please contact a hotelprovided in your specific communication by calling the hotel directly at the number listed therein or by clicking on the link provided.

When reserving your room, ask for the CASBO discount roomrate; and be sure to note the reservation deadlines provided.

In some cases, certain nights may already be sold out (especially the first night of your stay). During your search, if the date range you select returns a “no lodging available” result, try adjusting your dates on either end of your range.

If you are unable to get the lodgings you want at a CASBO-contracted hotel, there are others available in the area. Foralternate accommodations, please consult your travel agent or use an online search engine such as hotels.com or kayak.com.
