비즈니스 모델 캔버스 개요, 9개 빌딩 블록 이해, 적용 방법

세션 3. 린스타트업 현황다양한 린스타트업 컨퍼런스와 현황, 린스타트업 기업들

이날 행사에는 린스타트업에 관심을 가지는 100여명의 등록 및 참석을 했다. 행사에는 D.CAMP, 전자신문, CCVC 벨류업센터 그리고 도서출판 에이콘이 후원을하였다.

한국에 린스타트업 한국에 알리고 공유하며, 창업의 올바른 비즈니스 모델과 성공적인 창업과 운영에 기여하기 위해 시작된 세미나는 첫번째 강사로 최원식 대표가 "Beyond Excellent Startup" 주제로 스타트업 기업들에 있어 린스타트업이 성공을 위한 지도가 되며, 성공한 기업이 되기 위해서는 인력이 가장 중요하며 E, P, A, I 인재를 두루 갖추어야 한다는 강의를 했다.

세미나 두번째 강사로 김일영 겸임교수는 "비즈니스 모델 캔버스" 주제로 비즈니스 스코어 카드로 사용방법과 이해를 위한 강의를 했다. 세미나 세번째 강사로박찬 이사는 "린스타트업의 현황" 주제로 린스타트업의 모습, 그리고 다양한 기업에서 적용 사례를 강의했다.

이날 세미나에서는 후원해주신 CCVC 벨류업센터 조성주 센터장이 추첨을 통해후원 도서를 증정하는 추첨행사가 있었다.

세미나를 마감 후 린스타트업 코리아 창립식을 진행했다. 창립식에는 이날 창업자인 김일영 겸임교수, 박찬 이사와 최원식 대표/고문과 행사에 참여해주신 10여분이 같이했다.
