Murray Bridge Shopping Centre Extension

• $30M Project

• Addition of 529 car parks, 4,277 sqm Coles, 3,594 sqm Target and 845 sqm speciality. Addition of Multi Story Carpark

• Completed December 2015

Leedwell Project Managements role at the Murray Bridge Green Shopping Centre changed from Project Managers and Superintendent to Builder/Construction Manager as the engaged Builder went into liquidation and Leedwell took the works out of hand.

As Development Managers, Leedwell was responsible for project feasibility, tendering, finance application, leasing pre-commitment, tenancy coordination, shop fits and all Development, Statutory and Council Applications. As Construction Manager, Leedwell was responsible for the full project remobilisation , coordination of trades and delivery of the project through Practical Completion

The Murray Bridge Green Shopping Centre is currently the largest Shopping Centre in the Murrayland region.

Gawler Green Bunnings

-$6,000,000 Project

-Addition of 115 Carparks, 3,500sqm Bunnings Warehouse

-Addition to Existing Centre including Coles Supermarket, Hungry Jack, Café, Gym and 9 Speciality Stores

-Store Opened 4th December 2015

Leedwell Project Managements role on the Gawler Green Bunnings Warehouse was that of Project Manager and Superintendent for the Client.

Through these roles Leedwell managed the project feasibility, tendering, tenant coordination and all Development, Statuary and Council Applications.

With the completion of the Bunnings Warehouse, the Gawler Green Shopping Centre offers a full variety of tenancies for the consumer in a modern and spacious Centre.

Transpacifc Office Upgrade- Port Adelaide

-$500,000 Project

-Complete Internal refit including upgrade of mechanical plant, along with the replacement of all loose furnishing including work stations

-Works completed while tenancy was occupied and fully operational. Operations were not disrupted throughout these works

-Completed December 2016

Leedwell Project Managements role on the Transpacific Office Upgrade was that of Project Manager and Superintendent for the Client.

Through these roles Leedwell managed the budget, tendering, tenant coordination and contractor coordination.

With the completion of the Transpacific office upgrade, the new offices offer a modern, convenient and appropriate workspace for the tenant.

ANCOL Warehouse Upgrade- Allenby Gardens

-$1.25 Million Project

-Addition of New Warehouse, Retail Tenancy & Upgrade to existing Wet Areas

-Works being completed while tenancy is fully occupied and operational. Operations will not disrupted throughout these works

-Due for completion Quarter 3 2016

Leedwell Project Managements role on the ANCOL Warehouse Upgrade was that of Project Manager and Superintendent for the Client.

Through these roles Leedwell managed the budget, tendering, tenant coordination and contractor coordination throughout the entire project

With the completion of the ANCOL warehouse upgrade, the new facility will allow the Tenant to expand operations, and have the additional offering of a retail presence.

• 4,000 sqm

• Staged project

• Internal and external upgrade including facade, foyer and lift upgrades, cafe and commercial tenant fitouts

Acting as development manager/project manager and superintendant, Leedwell worked closely with the architects and design team to maximise net lettable area and develop a modern affordable design exceeding client expectations. Leedwell was responsible for managing the land acquisition, project feasibility, finance application, leasing pre-commitment and tenancy coordination during the development phase. As project manager and superintendant, Leedwell is responsible for managing the head contractor, appointing contractors and consultants, obtaining Council and statutory approvals, ensuring cost management, design documentation and client reporting.

Leedwell Tenancy - 136 Greenhill Road, Unley

• $400,000 Project

• 317 sqm

• Construction of new office space, provide meeting rooms, works spaces, kitchen and breakout areas

• Due for completion April 2016

Acting as Development Manger, Project Managers and Superintendent, Leedwell has managed the project from early stage conceptual designs, through project feasibility, tendering, and management of the builder.

Leedwell worked closely with the Client over iterative designs to ensure the optimal outcome for the client and end user.

The brief required to need to provide for a rapidly growing team, in an innovative and collaborative workspace catering for a variety of departments, all of which have been successfully achieved. PREVIOUS

The Gallery, 32-34 Waymouth Street, Adelaide

� $2.5M project

� Internal and external upgrade to building including Adelaide’s largest rooftop garden with Cibo on ground floor

� Completed November 2013

As project managers for this refurbishment, Leedwell managed the design, documentation approvals, project management of construction and delivery on site.

• Two stage development

• Stage 1 Opened April 2014 - 6,000sqm shopping centre, including 4,200sqm Coles Supermarket, Hungry Jacks, Liquorland and 15 speciality stores

Our role at Gawler Green included development management, project management and superintendent for the construction phase. As development managers, Leedwell was responsible for coordinating and representing the joint venture group, managing the acquisition of land, project feasibility, finance application, leasing pre-commitment, tenancy coordination, shopfits and all development and Council approvals.

• Stage 1 - 3,400sqm Shopping Centre including 2,500sqm IGA plus 12 specialty stores

• Opened 1 December 2012

Our role at Mannum Green included project management for the construction phase and superintendent for the construction contract. As development managers, Leedwell was responsible for coordinating and representing the joint venture group, managing the acquisition of land, project feasibility, finance application, leasing pre-commitment and all development and Council approvals.

Murray Bridge Green Shopping Centre Refurbishment

� Façade upgrade to existing centre

� Internal refurbishment including lighting, painting, tenancy shopfront upgrades, Internal aesthetic design and retrofit

� Completed March 2013

As project and development managers for this refurbishment, Leedwell liaised closely with architects and other consultants to design an appropriate modernisation of this key regional centre. Leedwell delivered a renowned centre as facilitators of development approvals, project management, tenancy coordination, finance management and community engagement.

Her negotiation skills, indepth industry knowledge and positive nature have allowed Martha to deliver even on the most challenging of developments.

Martha’s impressive work history includes time with mid-sized building and construction companies in contract administration and project management roles. She has also worked as a facilities manager for both private and government agencies, gaining further insight into the wider property industry.

Her significant experience, together with her organisational skills, and strong customer focus, provide her with the ideal foundation and knowledge base to service clients in project and facilities management.

He has held positions with leading property agencies in the past , including as Director of Retail Services at an international company where he was a catalyst for significant growth in its retail division.

His leadership and communication skills, combined with his vast knowledge of market trends and experience in the management of multiple projects, generates strong relationships and exceptional project outcomes. John continues to work closely with the retail and commercial development sector and is constantly encouraging the emergence of new projects.

He offers a tailored and focused approach around design and lettability, coupled with the facilitation and negotiation of key anchor tenant, developer and investor relationships.

With tenacity and drive, Bernadette works tirelessly to ensure that projects are run smoothly and efficiently. Anticipating the client’s needs, and delivering over and above expectations, Bernadette’s resourcefulness ensures Leedwell Project Management provides the optimal outcome for our clients.

As an experienced administrator with over 10 years in the property and construction industries, Bernadette brings with her a wealth of knowledge and excellent customer service skills, with previous employment in a large international real estate firm and an engineering and construction company.

Bernadette is a vital point of contact for our clients and is dedicated to providing valuable and timely administrative and project coordination, consistently delivering the highest standard of service.

A passion for the built environment, and the way these spaces are lived and experienced, drives Nicholas to help deliver the best outcomes for the client and end user. His determined, positive and passionate approach leads to efficient and effective solutions.

With a background in engineering, his knowledge base covers structural design, waterway management, environmental design, urban planning and project management.

His extensive experience with an industry based not-for-profit organisation has given Nicholas a strong background in effective management and organisation of people and projects, as well as an intimate understanding of the needs of all stakeholders.

His customer focus and excitement to deliver the best outcome make Nicholas an asset to Leedwell clients in project and development management.
