    � Responsibility: set to Ministry of the Environment of the SR together with other Central State Offices – by the government decision No. 845 (the 3rd October 2007) - to transpose the Directive 2007/2/EC of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE).

    � Transposition: was carried out by an Act No. 3/2010 on National Infrastructure for Spatial Information (NISPI) –approved 2.12.2009 and entered into force 1.2.2010

    � Implementation: follows INSPIRE Roadmap
