Personal StatementI have worked my way up in hospitality from the bottom. Starting as a glassy, then bartender I fell in love with the industry. From there I have forged my path to my current ambitions of owning and operating my own venues, as well as participating in other peoples’ projects. My ongoing involvement in the live music scene has provided me with invaluable contacts; this has in turn helped me grow a national network of like-minded hospitality professionals; with whom I maintain excellent working relationships, in order to facilitate my ongoing development within the changing trends of The Industry. I enjoy competing regularly in professional cocktail competitions and look forward to once more playing a much more prominent part in the Perth live music scene.
