THE CREATION STORY

THE CREATION OF MAN

THE CREATION OF MANOn the 6th day of Creation, God created Man, God gave named the man

Adam. He was given the task to look over all the creations done by God.

“Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and

breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being”

(Genesis 2:7)

The LORD God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”

(Genesis 2:18)

But for Adam, no suitable helper was found. So, the LORD God caused the man to fall

into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then

closed up the place with flesh. Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had

taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.(Genesis 2:21-22)

WHAT ARE THE TASKS OF ADAM AND EVE?

The first man was given the task to look into the creations of God; from

the rivers, streams, animals of different kind, Adam is the one who will take care,

look and work to all of the creations God created.

“The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work

it and take care of it.” (Genesis 2:15)

Now the LORD God had formed out of the ground all the wild

animals and all the birds in the sky. He brought them to the man to see what

he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that

was its name. So, the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the

sky and all the wild animals. (Genesis 2:19-20)

THEORY OF MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES by Dr. Howard Gardner

The theory of multiple intelligences

was first proposed by Howard Gardner in

his 1983 book “Frames of Mind”, where he

broadens the definition of intelligence and

outlines several distinct types of

intellectual competencies.

He writes that we may all have

these intelligences, but our profile of these

intelligence may differ individually based

on genetics or experience.

LINGUISTIC-VERBALword smart

People who are strong in linguistic-

verbal intelligence can use words well,

both when writing and speaking. These

individuals are typically very good at

writing stories, memorizing information,

and reading

logically analyzing problems. These

individuals tend to think conceptually

about numbers, relationships, and

SELF-CONFIDENCE

Self- confidence is defined as “self-

assurance: trust in one’s abilities, capacities,

and judgment.” Being confident in one’s ability and

capacity to attain a desired skill or task. If we have a

good self-confidence, we can be assured that we

can attain things that we want.

WAYS TO BUILD ONE’S SELF-CONFIDENCE

1. Look at what you already achieved-

make a list of your accomplishments that will

serve as you inspiration and reminder

whenever you’re feeling down.

2. Think of the things you’re good at-

Everyone has their own strength and talents,

and not all people have the same talent/skill.

Recognize your or try to build one.

3. Set some goals- Set some goals, a big or

a small goals that you need to accomplish

and will make yourself proud.

4. Talk to yourself- it may sound weird, but it

is a healthy way to know more about yourself,

it will help you to eliminate bad/negative

thoughts in your mind.

5. Get a hobby- Find something you’re really

passionate, the more passionate are you in

doing a certain task, the more confident and

motivated you are in doing that task.

“Men should pursue technical courses because they are more

physically strong. Women should pursue vocational, “soft courses” like Education, Nursing because they are

weaker than men. “

GENDER EQUALITY

Gender Equality is defined as “genders have equal

rights, responsibilities and opportunities” This means that

all people regardless of their gender are free to pursue

whatever career, skills or interests they want. Gender Equality

doesn’t mean that everyone is treated the same, but their

interest, dreams and interest are valued equally, regardless of

gender.

MATCHING ONE’S TALENTS, SKILLS, AND INTERESTS TO YOUR

DESIRED CAREER.
