the idea of fathers-organisators : „A big joke“
- once per season- only with products of the actual season - to make citizens aware of local products that are cultivated in the moment- free promotion for farmers (paid from the fund of the municipality)- new contacts between farmers themselves- new contact betweeen farmers and customers (potentional GAS members)- farmers have learnt to be talkative, opened to expain what makes their production unique

How to make a personal, active and new relationship between farmer and purchasers:
Picking of harvest every week Chicken coop
Purchasers - prepaid (400 euros / 6 months)- pick the vegetable on the field according instructions- can but don‘t have to work on the field
Farmer- takes care of the field during the year- on Friday writes an email to all purchasers with instructions „what and how“ pick - weights vegetable to have an overview at the end of the year

- how did it spring up: request of some membres of GAS
GAS membres - built the coop- come to take care of chickens in the evening- have lower price of eggs then others
Farmer - gave a place- opens the coop in the morning- takes care of chicken the weekend- sells eggs to all GAS membres
