Thank you for showing interest in using my company for your new home construction. I usually build between 12-15 custom homes a year. Many of these homes are built on the owners' lot; however, we also have lots available.

I will work with you on plans purchased elsewhere, and I can also help you design/build your home.

I stress energy efficiency and incorporate energy saving options with every home. Foil faced decking, exterior walls with R-values of 24.5, high efficiency heat pumps, and Low E glass are not uncommon in a home built by Bob Price Jr.

A frequently asked question is how much per square foot does it cost to build. My answer is that it depends on what you put into your home. I have currently homes under construction ranging in price from $70/sq. ft. to $125/sq.ft. This should give you a price range of what a new home could cost. Please keep in mind that just changing a kitchen counter top from Formica to granite could change the price of your home by $5,000. This is just one example of one variable in determining the cost of a home.
