Daily GoalYou should be aiming to get at least 25 minutes
in your zone each day.
If you get 30 minutes in or above your zone twice a week, then you can skip wearing your heart rate monitor on Fridays.
Fitness ChallengesStudents that complete their fitness cards will
be tested in each exercise to determine their fitness level.
There will be several levelsSilver LevelGold LevelBlack Level (This is the top level and will be broken
into sections)
Gurus will be recognized at the school wide assemblies.
