Richard Logan Photographer

Richard has compiled a photographic documentation that reveals a retrospective look at New York City’s Water Tunnel construction project in the early 70’s. He worked as an Operating Engineer, driving a train 600 feet under the streets of Manhattan from one of three shafts “Highbridge”.

Richard studied photography at New York City’s School of Visual Arts and the University of Alaska.
