Expedeon’s Lightning-Link® Alexa Fluor® antibody labeling kits enable the direct conjugation of antibodies, proteins and peptides, or any other biomolecule with an available amine group, to our Alexa Fluor® dyes with 100% recovery of materials. The kits require only 30 seconds hands-on time and the conjugates will be ready to use in under 20 minutes!
The technology is fully scalable from 10ug to 1g or more and stringently QC tested for consistent high quality and excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility. By circumventing the desalting or dialysis steps that commonly interrupt traditional antibody conjugation procedures, Lightning-Link® technology can be used to label both small (e.g. 10 µg) and large quantities of primary antibodies with ease.

How it works
The researcher simply pipettes the antibody or other biomolecule into a vial of lyophilized mixture containing the label of interest and incubates for only 15 minutes. There are no separation steps and conjugates are ready to use in under 20 minutes!
