Limited Warranty for Intel® Compute Card Dock

Intel warrants to the purchaser of this Intel® Compute Card Dock (the “Product”) in its original sealedpackaging (“Original Purchaser”) and to the original purchaser of the Product as follows: the Product willsubstantially conform to Intel’s publicly available specifications, and if the Product is properly used, it willnot stop working because of defects in material and manufacture for 1 year from the purchase date of theProduct in its original sealed packaging. If the Product fails to conform to the above warranty during thewarranty period, Intel, at its option, will:

REPAIR the Product; OR

REPLACE it with a new or reconditioned Product; OR,

REFUND its value at the time of the warranty claim.

This will be the exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

This Limited Warranty, and any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law, extend only tothe Original Purchaser and last only for as long as the Original Purchaser continues to own the Product.

WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

· design defects or errors in the Product (Errata). Contact Intel for information on characterized errata;· damage to the Product, or errors or malfunctions in the Product, due to accident, abnormal electrical,

mechanical or environmental conditions, use contrary to product instructions, misuse, neglect,alteration, mishandling, repair, improper installation or testing, combinations with incompatibleproducts, loss of data or any third party virus, infection, worm or similar malicious code;

· that the Product will protect against all possible security threats, including intentional misconduct bythird parties;

· any Product which has been modified or operated outside of Intel’s publicly available specifications,including where Product specifications, application and methods of use have been altered, or where theoriginal Product labelling and identification markings have been removed, altered or obliterated. Intelassumes no responsibility that the Product will be fit for any particular purpose and will not cause anydamage or injury;

· any Product where the protected partitions have been modified;· software products which have been provided with the Product by Intel or installed after purchase;· any third-party products which have been included with the Product.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

You may contact your place of purchase or you may contact Intel by calling an Intel CustomerSupport (ICS) center during business hours. You will be asked for (1) your contact details; (2) proof ofpurchase; (3) model name and Product identification number; (4) an explanation of the problem and(5) more information if necessary. If ICS confirms that the Product is eligible for warranty service, you willreceive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the Product.

Intel will ship to you, at its expense, the repaired or replaced Product within a reasonable period uponreceipt of the returned Product. The replacement product will be warranted under the terms contained in

this Limited Warranty, including its exclusions, except that the term of the warranty will be whichever of thefollowing two periods is longer: (1) 90 days, beginning on the date of shipment of the repaired or replacedProduct to you, or (2) the remainder of the warranty period for the returned Product plus an additionalperiod equal to the number of days between when you notify ICS of the need for warranty service and whenyou received the repaired or replaced Product.

Intel may collect personal information from you in connection with your request to receive warranty servicefrom Intel or its service providers. You consent to the use of your personal information for this limitedpurpose that may include service providers and Intel locations outside of your country or jurisdiction.Please review Intel’s Privacy Policy at http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/privacy/intel-privacy-notice.html

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

This warranty supersedes all other warranties for and representations about the Product. Intel disclaimsall other express warranties and any warranties arising from course of performance, course of dealing orusage of trade. Any implied warranties, including, without limitation, the implied warranties ofmerchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are limited in duration to theperiod of the Limited Warranty. No warranties apply after that period. Some states (or jurisdictions) donot allow the exclusion of implied warranties, and limitations on their duration, so the above limitations maynot apply to you.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Intel’s responsibility under this or any other warranty, implied or express, is limited to repair,replacement or refund. These remedies are the sole and exclusive remedies for any breach of warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intel is not responsible for any direct, special, incidental, orconsequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or under any other legal theory (including,without limitation, lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment andproperty, and any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data stored in orused with the Product), even if Intel has been advised of the possibility of these damages. Thelimitations above apply to Intel and third parties who resell the Product in your country or jurisdiction.Some countries, states, provinces, or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental orconsequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state tostate or by jurisdiction. The parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for theInternational Sale of Goods (1980) is specifically excluded from and will not apply to this Agreement. Anydispute arising under or related to this Limited Warranty will be adjudicated in the following forums andgoverned by the following laws (except for mainland China), without reference to conflict of laws provisions:for the USA and the rest of the Americas, the exclusive forum will be the courts of the State of Delaware, USAor of the Federal courts sitting in that State, and the applicable law will be that of the State of Delaware. ForAsia Pacific, to the extent permitted under local laws, the forum will be Singapore and Singapore law will bethe applicable. For Japan, the exclusive forum will be Tokyo and the applicable law will be that of Japan. For

Europe and the rest of the world, the exclusive forum will be London and the applicable law will be that ofEngland and Wales.

If any translated version of this Limited Warranty conflicts with this English version, the English version willcontrol (except for the simplified Chinese version).

· la capacité du Produit à vous protéger de toutes les menaces possibles pour la sécurité, y compris lesfautes intentionnelles commises par des tiers;

· tout produit qui aurait été modifié ou utilisé en dehors des spécifications publiées par Intel, y comprislorsque les spécifications, l'application et les méthodes d'utilisation du Produit ont été modifiées, oulorsque les étiquettes et marques d'identification d'origine du Produit ont été enlevées, modifiées oueffacées. Intel ne garantit pas que le Produit sera adapté à un objectif particulier ni qu'il ne provoqueraaucun dommage ou lésion;

· tout Produit dont les partitions protégées ont été modifiées;· les produits logiciels qui ont été fournis avec le Produit par Intel ou installés après l'achat;· tous produits de tierces parties qui auront été inclus avec le Produit.

COMMENT OBTENIR LE SERVICE DE GARANTIE

Vous pouvez vous adresser au site d'achat ou à Intel en appelant un centre d'Assistance à la clientèleIntel (ICS) pendant les heures ouvrables. Vous serez invité(e) à fournir (1) vos coordonnées; (2) unepreuve d'achat; (3) le nom du modèle et le numéro d'identification du Produit; (4) une explication du

problème et (5) d'autres renseignements si nécessaire. Si l'ICS confirme que le Produit est éligible pour leservice de garantie, vous recevrez un numéro d'autorisation de retour matériel (RMA) et des instructions pourle retour du Produit.

Intel vous enverra à ses frais le Produit réparé ou le Produit de remplacement dans un délai raisonnableaprès réception du Produit retourné. Le produit de remplacement sera garanti selon les termes de laprésente Garantie limitée, y compris ses exclusions, sauf que la durée de la garantie sera celle de la pluslongue des deux périodes suivantes : (1) 90 jours, à compter de la date d'expédition à votre intention duProduit réparé ou de remplacement, ou (2) le reste de la période de garantie du Produit retourné plus unepériode supplémentaire égale au nombre de jours entre le moment où vous avisez ICS du besoin de servicede garantie et le moment où vous recevez le Produit réparé ou le Produit de remplacement.

LIMITATIONS ET EXCLUSIONS DE LA GARANTIE

Pour l'Europe et le reste du monde, lacompétence territoriale sera celle de Londres et le droit applicable celui de l'Angleterre et du pays de Galles.

· kerusakan pada Produk, atau kesalahan maupun kegagalan fungsi pada Produk, yang dikarenakankecelakaan, aliran listrik tidak normal, kondisi mekanis maupun lingkungan, penggunaan yangberlawanan dengan petunjuk produk, kesalahan penggunaan, kelalaian, perubahan, kesalahanpenanganan, perbaikan, pemasangan maupun pengujian yang tidak tepat, penggunaan dengan produkyang tidak kompatibel, hilangnya data, atau virus pihak ketiga tertentu, infeksi, worm, atau kodeberbahaya sejenis;

· bahwa Produk akan melindungi terhadap segala kemungkinan ancaman keamanan, termasuk kesalahanyang disengaja oleh pihak ketiga;

· Produk apa pun yang telah dimodifikasi atau dioperasikan di luar spesifikasi Intel yang tersedia secaraumum, termasuk bila spesifikasi, aplikasi, dan metode penggunaan Produk telah diubah, atau bila labeldan tanda identifikasi keaslian Produk telah dihilangkan, diubah, atau dihapus. CARA MEMPEROLEH LAYANAN JAMINAN

Anda akan dimintai keterangan terkait (1) rincian kontak; (2) bukti pembelian; (3) namamodel dan nomor identifikasi Produk; (4) penjelasan tentang masalah, dan (5) informasi lainnya bila perlu.Jika Dukungan Pelanggan Intel mengkonfirmasikan bahwa Produk memenuhi syarat layanan jaminan, Anda

akan memperoleh nomor RMA (Return Material Authorization/Otorisasi Pengembalian Material) besertapetunjuk untuk mengembalikan Produk.

Intel akan mengirimkan Anda, atas biayanya sendiri, Produk yang diperbaiki atau Produk pengganti dalamjangka waktu yang wajar sejak menerima Produk yang dikembalikan. BATASAN DAN PENGECUALIAN JAMINAN

Jaminan tersirat lainnya,termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada, jaminan tersirat atas kelayakan untuk diperdagangkan, kesesuaianuntuk tujuan tertentu, dan bebas dari pelanggaran, akan dibatasi selama masa berlaku Jaminan Terbatas.Tidak ada jaminan yang berlaku setelah periode tersebut. Negara bagian tertentu (atau wilayah hukum)tidak mengizinkan pengecualian jaminan tersirat dan batasan atas masa berlakunya, sehingga pembatasan diatas mungkin tidak berlaku untuk Anda.

BATASAN TANGGUNG JAWAB

Tanggung jawab Intel berdasarkan jaminan ini atau jaminan lainnya, baik tersirat maupun tersurat,terbatas pada perbaikan, penggantian, atau pengembalian uang. Langkah penanganan tersebutmerupakan satu-satunya solusi eksklusif atas pelanggaran apa pun terhadap jaminan.

Selama diizinkan oleh undang-undang yang berlaku, Intel tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerusakanlangsung, khusus, insidental, atau konsekuensial yang ditimbulkan dari pelanggaran jaminan apa punatau berdasarkan teori hukum lainnya (termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada, hilangnya laba, waktu henti,niat baik, kerusakan pada maupun penggantian peralatan dan properti, serta biaya pengembalian,pemrograman ulang, atau produksi ulang program maupun data apa pun yang disimpan dalam ataudigunakan dengan Produk), meskipun Intel telah mengetahui kemungkinan terjadinya kerusakantersebut. Batasan di atas berlaku bagi Intel dan pihak ketiga yang menjual Produk di negara atau wilayahhukum Anda. Negara, negara bagian, provinsi, atau wilayah hukum tertentu tidak mengizinkan pengecualianatau batasan kerusakan insidental maupun konsekuensial, sehingga batasan atau pengecualian di atasmungkin tidak berlaku untuk Anda.

Jaminan ini memberikan Anda hak hukum khusus dan Anda mungkin memiliki hak lainnya yang dapatberbeda di setiap negara bagian atau wilayah hukum. 本製品の修理、または

新規または再調整した製品との交換、または

CÓMO RECIBIR SERVICIO DE GARANTÍA

Puede comunicarse con el lugar donde efectuó la compra o puede comunicarse con Intel llamando alcentro de Asistencia al Cliente de Intel (Intel Customer Support, ICS) durante el horario de atención.Se le pedirá (1) su información de contacto; (2) comprobante de compra; (3) nombre del modelo y

número de identificación del producto; (4) una explicación del problema, y (5) más información de sernecesario. Si el ICS confirma que el Producto califica para el servicio de garantía, usted recibirá un número deAutorización de devolución de material (Return Material Authorization, RMA) y se le darán instrucciones parala devolución del Producto.

Intel le enviará, asumiendo el costo, el Producto reparado o reemplazado en el transcurso de un períodorazonable luego de haber recibido el Producto devuelto. El producto de reemplazo estará garantizado envirtud de los términos contenidos en esta Garantía limitada, incluidas sus exclusiones, excepto por el hechode que el plazo de la garantía será el más prolongado de los dos períodos siguientes: (1) 90 días, a partir dela fecha en que se le envíe a usted el Producto reparado o reemplazo, o (2) el período de garantía restantepara el Producto devuelto, equivalente a la cantidad de días entre el momento en que usted notifique al ICSla necesidad del servicio de garantía y el momento en que usted reciba el Producto reparado o reemplazado.

您可以聯絡購買地點，或是聯絡 Intel，請在營業時間電洽「Intel客戶支援」中心。我們會請您提供 (1)您的詳細聯絡方式；(2)購買證明；(3)型號及「產品」識別碼；(4)問題說明；(5)如有必要，還會請您提

供更多資訊。如果 Intel客戶支援確認「產品」有資格獲得保固服務後，您將會獲得「退還材料授權」(RMA)號碼，以及如何將「產品」退回指定 Intel客戶支援中心的說明。

收到退還的「產品」後，Intel會在合理的時間內，免費將修復或替換「產品」寄給您。更換後的產品，將會依本「有限保固」中的條款提供保固，包括排除條款，但保固期將會是以下兩個時間的其中之一，以較長者為準：(1) 90天，從已修復或更換的產品寄給您的出貨日期算起，或 (2)退回產品剩餘的保固時間，加上一段額外的時間，等於從您通知客戶支援中心需要保固服務當天算起，到您收到已修復或更換的產品為止，中間這段時間的天數。

個人資訊

保固限制和排除項目

這項保固取代有關此「產品」的其他保固和陳述。有關任何明示保固或履約慣例、交易慣例、或商業慣例期間所提出的任何保固，Intel一概予以否認。任何暗示性的保固，包括 (但不限於)某特定用途的適銷性、適用性、和不侵權，其效力皆侷限於此「有限保固」期間。超過此期限將不再有保固。某些州 (或司法管轄區)不允許排

除暗示保固或限制保固期，因此，上述的限制可能不適用於您。

責任限制

Intel根據本保固或任何其他明示或暗示保固的責任限於維修、更換或退款。這些補償是對任何違反保固的唯一與專有的補償。

在法律允許的 大範圍內，對於任何直接、特殊、附隨性或衍生性的損壞，起因於保固的任何缺失，或是根據任何其他法律上的推測 (包括但不限於：營利損失、停機、商譽、設備與財產的損壞或更換，以及由於恢復、重新程式設定或重製該產品所儲存或搭配使用的任何程式或資料而產生的任何費用)，Intel概不負責，即使 Intel已知悉此類損壞的可能性。上述限制適用於 Intel，以及在您的國家或轄區經銷本「產品」的第三方。某些國家、州、省或轄區，不允許排除或限制意外或續發的損壞，因此，上述的限制或排除條例可能不適用於您。

此保固提供您特定的法律權利，但隨所在州或轄區不同，您可能還擁有其他法律權利。雙方同意，本合約明確排除「聯合國國際貨物銷售合同公約」(United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods，1980年)，該公約亦不適用於本合約。與此「有限保固」有關的任何爭議都應採用以下的方式裁決，並由以下的法律管理 (中國除外)，而且不考慮法律衝突條例：美國和其他美洲地區，必須由美國德拉瓦州的法院或該州的聯邦法院專屬聽審，而且以德拉瓦州的法律為主。針對亞太地區，在當地法律許可的範圍內，法庭應該在新加坡，而適用法律應該是新加坡法律。日本的法庭應該在東京，而適用法律應該是日本的法律。歐洲和世界其他各地，法庭應該在倫敦，而適用法律應該是英格蘭和威爾斯的法律。

這份「有限保固」的任何翻譯版本若與此英文版本有出入，應以英文版為主 (但，簡體中文版除外)。
