My military and civilian positions have all required the planning, logistical analysis, and evaluation of operational, logistical, and administrative support equipment supplies. These include: government and civilian-off-the-shelf operational test equipment, general support equipment, safety equipment and supplies, and administrative support equipment and supplies.
• Manufacturing and Operational Process Development.
All of my military and civilian positions have required the development or re-development of step by step documentation and materials necessary for the effective and efficient flow of those activities within a manufacturing, operational, or administrative environment.
• Operational Change Coordination
All of my positions have been very fluid in nature requiring the continuous coordination, evaluation, and management of operational requirements. The changes occurred in areas of training, logistics, maintenance, production, and administrative operations. Coordination of these requirements took place at all levels of DOD and civilian organizational levels.
• Program Development and Support.
The process of program development and support occurred regularly at various organizational levels involving such areas as radar maintenance, logistical operations, training, and manufacturing.
• Automotive New Model Build
As a contractor, assisted with the logistical and operational support of BMW New Model Team through the production process of the Z3, SUV, and Coupe models as they were introduced to the production line.
• Operational System Development
My operational development process experience involved activities in various military and civilian organizations. These processes were developed in support of system technical, logistical planning, and training program operations.
• Safety Program Development
Managed and assisted with the development of safety in the areas of radar maintenance, airlift planning, and manufacturing.
• Training Program Development
Developed and managed training programs for use in both military and civilian organizations which included: radar maintenance, logistical operations, and production processes.
• Engineering Change Coordination
Assisted with the engineering changes of two radar systems and in the development of several new models for BMW.
• Quality Program Development
Managed and restructured the Quality programs of two radar maintenance departments, fighter wing Plans and Programs office, and several logistical operations.
• Maintenance Management
Assisted with the administrative, operational, logistical, and technical management of two radar maintenance departments.
• Manufacturing Process Control
Worked as a manufacturing process control technician and assisted with analysis, development, and integration of manufacturing processes for the defense, automotive, aerospace, and plastics industries.
• Multi-organizational and Departmental Coordination
All of my positions required continuous communications between the various departments and organizations within the civilian and defense sectors.
• Material Resource Planning
Assisted with the material resource planning process for three military units, fighter wing, automotive new model build team, and aircraft manufacturer.

Provided and assisted with the management of inventory control in the areas of military logistics, military and civilian production maintenance, and manufacturing operations.
