I am fortunate to have worked with several land programs such as CALMS, Enertia and Quorum as well as being proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE SENIOR LANDMAN (August 2012 to present), Premier Natural Resources, Tulsa, OK In-house Corporate Landman covering the Barnett Shale in Texas. Responsible for working with lessors, land owners, attorneys, brokers, production foremen, reservoir engineers, production engineers, operations and geologists to get wells drilled and producing. Responsible for working with Geologists to find drilling opportunities by merging units into super units then seeing drilling from beginning thru completion and production. Daily negotiations with owners, attorneys and city officials on surface agreements, all lease issues, easements, ROWs and numerous legal matters. Dealing with thousands of Lessors and land owners to ensure we are complying with all lease obligations and agreements including ROWs, Easements, JOAs, MSAs and Farmouts. Work closely with company foremen in Fort Worth to make sure all agreements are in place and being maintained. Responsible for securing water rights used in drilling by working with municipalities and/or landowners. Working with landowners, TRRC and Municipalities on Plugging and Abandoning wells. Working with Division Orders and Attorneys on title issues. Ordering surveys for surface, ROWs and water sources. Also served on the company’s Philanthropic Committee to heighten PNR’s presence in the community and helping such organizations as Green Country Food Bank. IN-HOUSE CORPORATE LANDMAN (June 2011 to July 2012), New Dominion, LLC, Tulsa, OK Liaison between New Dominion and our land brokers. Responsible for researching, interviewing and selecting the company’s four brokers for our extensive leasing program. Upon completion I moved into an in-house Landman position. Responsible for using Title Opinions and Ownership Reports to create respondent lists for spacing and pooling, extensive address searches and sending out proposal letters, negotiating Oil and Gas leases, interaction with General Counsel and Corporation Commission Counsel and respondents to solve any protest issues before testifying at OCC hearings, talking with mineral owners and helping them work through any curative issues before paying the

Responsible for using Title Opinions and Ownership Reports to create respondent lists for spacing and pooling, extensive address searches and sending out proposal letters, negotiating Oil and Gas leases, interaction with General Counsel and Corporation Commission Counsel and respondents to solve any protest issues before testifying at OCC hearings, talking with mineral owners and helping them work through any curative issues before paying the pooling and filing the pooling affidavit. In addition I was responsible for working with geologists on formations for Spacing, Location Exception and Increased Density filings. Worked with in-house legal counsel on lease terms, contracts and any legal documents that applied to lease agreements. Effectively working with Accounting on paying bonus checks, vendors and poolings.

PETROLEUM LANDMAN (APRIL 2008 to JUNE 2011), T.S. Dudley Land Company, Oklahoma City, OKFull Time Contract – performed land work in Cleburne, White, Faulkner, Van Buren and Stone Counties in Arkansas on the Fayetteville Shale Project;

Responsibilities included; detail record title check, preparing mineral ownership reports and full section ownership summaries, run sheets outlining title research, mentored less experienced title people and imagers to meet deadlines, created digital abstracts to aid Title Opinion Attorneys, prepared plat maps using Deed Plotter, used Title Opinions and worked closely with in-house and client legal counsel on curative and preparing curative notebooks for client files. Also worked on special projects to aid legal counsel for testimony at Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission hearings.
