Ancient Indian History

Studying Ancient History helps us to connect with the people of Ancient History and learn what mistakes they made, what was their impact and what they learned.

Thus in case we made such mistake or about to, then we can understand how will it impact us. Hence we can learn a lot about life from Ancient History.

Studying Ancient History helps us to know how we transformed over the decades. It helps us to compare and analyse the differences between two eras and how these differences/changes were vital to us.

It helps us to know the vastness and richness of your area or nation or world. It helps you to connect with our roots and understand the reasons behind our

traditional beliefs.

Consider the below two scenarios: 1. We generally don’t tend to forget a movie we watch (because we understand the story.)

2. If we deal with facts in our life; example A for Apple, then the more we revise, the more we retain.

How to Study Ancient History & Retain

How to Study Ancient History & Retain

Try to understand Ancient Indian History as a story to retain more. Instead of reading multiple books, stick to the limited resources that I suggest you. Revise the same resources multiple times. Remember revision will help you to retain during the

actual examination. Attempt all Prelims and Mains based Tests that I take from time to time. Just stick to my plan, don’t do experiments and start another subject or start reading from other

resources.
