Seeing in a new perspective
Perspective: a particular attitude toward or way of regarding something; a point of view
Different doesn’t mean better or worse. It just the way we look at things differently. I learn how to understand American culture that is different than mine in a new perspective. Things become so understandable.
Before I took this picture he said to me, “Hey this is fun! You know what we should make something like this for each country”.I made a ten sheets quiz about Indonesia for my friends and my teachers in my school. It is sad to know that not a lot of people know about my country. But that is the reason why I am here.As the ambassador of my country it is my pleasure to share information of Indonesia’s culture.
We usually appreciate things after we realize we don’t have it anymore. I broke my ankle after playing ice skating. I was in a cast for 5 weeks. I used crutches to go around places and wheelchair for some places. This photo was taken in Museum of Fine Arts Boston. It was the moment I realized that accessible access for handicapped people is needed. America has a good system for that. That is one thing that I want to bring home to my country, the system that can allow everybody to have a normal life regardless what is the condition.

Learning through experience is the best way ever. I took the picture in a coast of Massachusetts. The rocks are my way. The way is not perfect. There are some holes in between. I can fall to the ocean if I don’t pay attention so do I in my journey here. But there are so many things to be explored here. My journey is still continue. I want to learn more and more.
