TRANSCRIPT

the digital disruption of sourcing

why is a marketer / ex-fitness presenter here?

we have more in common than you think technology majorly disrupting behaviour both are a mix of art and science both sell products that we didn’t necessarily create moving from transactions to experience if you read any articles out there around mktg transformation you can interchange with HR everyone thinks they could do our job

Changing workforce demographics

Diversity driving innovation

Talent as a gate to growth

Skill and capability gaps

you are at the pointy end

Mobility and flexibility

the way we look at it and to be the honest the reason I chose to move into the HR space was these are hugely exciting times for anyone in HR . there are big challenges that orgs are facing and it is the people in this room who can answer them

so this is the big problem we all share has anyones boss had a chat to them about this - not really something you’d want to share with them is it?

so I Googled the recruitment process and I found this and then I found this….

this reminded me of some of the customer journeys at Telstra that were destroying our brand and giving us negative NPS scores as low as -80 the way we looked at this was in terms of interactions and episodes - people, systems and data…bad or missing data can increase interactions increased interactions = time, costs both direct, indirect and opportunity costs, complexity, increased risk of failure, lack of responsiveness, increased stress to teams any of this sound familiar you guys are at the pointy end of all of this

how can LiveHire help you live a career you love?

what is the favourite part of your job? what is the most painful? what would you change tomorrow if you could? you spend all your working lives helping other people but who is looking after you?

what we can do for you today• no more data entry or cleansing • no more active vs passive - think responsive to

understand real intent • no more awkward phone calls • map the market for high demand skills in 72 hours • build a pipeline of talent both internal and external • a user experience you want to use • optimise and aggregate your existing channels - quality

not quantity • reduce brand damage • save you and your business time and money

this is all about giving you the right tools so that you can focus more on the parts of your career that you love

Thousands of different sources of talent individually providing a small % of total hires. Slow time to hire, hard to know who is available. A lot to manage.

LiveHire has no peer in this aggregation and live talent ecosystem space, Providing an responsive communication and hiring platform.

Private databases of pdf cv’s are dead data, time and cost prohibitive to maintain. They clearly don’t work, else companies would not need to advertise.

Invites and aggregate talent from many sources to create LiveHire profiles. Keeps talent data live.

Problem Solution

Refresh Database into a Live Talent Community that keeps data live, and always knows which talent are most ready to move.
