Antique Early Canadian pine wood demi lune table with tripod base and lower shelf. Note: paw centre foot, hand carved with grapes and rosette. Dates to mid 1800’s….perfect as an entryway stand or hall table. back measures 25”, centre front to back 18 ½”, 29” tall, likely from Eastern townships.

Coco brown coloured “narrow corded” three seater sofa with 7 ½” fringed skirt and sloped narrow arms. Soft front edge & 8 incredibly soft down filled cushions all around, 7’ long X 34” deep. Note: Finished back allows unit to be placed on outer edge of room.

Asian inspired, two tiered occasional table, charcoal marble inset top, hand carved fret work apron, gentle curved legs with glassed storage shelf below.

Exceptional pine dining table, oval, caramel tone (patina) with 1 leafs, 1 ¼” molded top edge, graceful Queen Anne legs. To compliment above table…4 armless dining chairs with hand carved “shell” top rail, pierced vase shaped back splat,

somewhat Queen Anne style legs and turned supports (2 ½” deep comfortable seats). Complimentary to table and above chairs, pair of arm chairs with same fabric seats as previous, made by William Switzer.

These chairs were hand carved in Spain for William Switzer and assembled in their factories in Vancouver. MASSIVE “squared” arm chair, front somewhat “heart” shaped in beautiful black velour. Measures 40” front to back, 47”

left to right, approx. 28” tall. You need a large room for this chair. The perfect cocktail table for party goers, 44” square, made of pinewood, 9 board top, 6” diameter lathe turned legs, 19 ½”

tall. Very interesting arm chair with deep down filled seat, 28” X 28” and down filled back cushion. Blonde tones with round

PIANO

The most beautiful upright piano you’ll ever see, SAMICK, Imperial German Scale with bench. Serial No. SU-131

(627079). Measures 51 ½” t, 26” front to back, 58 ½” long. According to the Pierce Piano Atlas it was built in 1985. The

tone is quite mellow and clean. The piano plays very well and appears to have been well looked-after. The piano is at pitch

and nicely tuned. The beautifully figured mahogany case appears to be in like-new condition.

Interesting tripod based iron floor lamp, very heavy with hand made paper shade, 69” tall (see photo gallery). Interesting table lamp, cast metal base with patina “weathered” finish and mica type shade, 35” tall. Adjustable florescent telescoping brass floor lamp, dimmer on cord. Heavy metal table top lamp, in the shape of a diner with frosted glass shades, either end side (definitely an “Art Deco”). Stainless and “crystal” table lamp with white shade. Pair of somewhat “Abstract” style lamps, 34” tall with metal base and vase like centre.

CLOCK

Antique marble clock with ornate upper pediment, 4 support columns and inscribed floral design overall. Interior face in-scribed 1896.

MIRRORS

Tall (57” X 29” wide), 1 ¼” bevel edge, harvest themed mirror, basket, rake and hoe on top rail, ornate trim at corners. Fantastic bevel edge mirror (84” tall X 26” wide).
