Goal #1: Continue to seek ways to grow and improve their practice by engaging in professional development that builds capacity with the tenets of personalized learning.
Objectives:
Teachers will be able to identify their own strengths and areas for improvement related to the tenets of personalized learning.
Teachers will be able to demonstrate proficiency with implementing 21st Century Skills, Competency Based Learning, and Project Based Learning.
Teachers will be able to demonstrate proficiency with data collection, assessment, and interpretation of data to guide instruction.

mathematics, science, and social studies) according to the Georgia Student Growth Model.
By 2015-2016, at least 95% of LMS students will achieve personal goals in all core subject areas. These goals will be set in advisory.
