DEVELOPMENT PLANNING ACT

(CAP. 552)

Development Notification Order, 2007

(Revocation and Applicability) Order, 2016

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred by article 85 of the

Development Planning Act, the Parliamentary Secretary for Planning

and Simplification of Administrative Processes has made the

following Order:-

Citation. 1. The title of this Order is the Development Notification

Order, 2007 (Revocation and Applicability) Order, 2016.

Revokes theDevelopment NotificationOrder.L.N. 115 of2007.

2. All the provisions of the Development Notification Order,

2007, shall be revoked as from the 9th May, 2016.

Saving. 3. Any pending notifications made under the Order referred

to in article 1 and any notifications lodged by the 9th May 2016 under 

the same Order, shall still be regulated by the provisions of the same

Order.
