ABOUTFor over 20 years we have been designing and manufacturing industrial automation for material handling and general systems.
Our company consists of two distinct areas: the Handling division designs and manufactures turnkey automated assembly lines for material handling.
The Systems division designs and manufactures equipment: data networks, electrical systems (MV/LV), fire systems and gas leak detection, HVAC systems, fluid systems and energy carriers.
PLANTSOur facilities are spread over an area of 20000m² - 2400 of which are covered - and are equipped with modern machinery to manufacture our products.
The engineering departments are equipped with 14 workstations for mechanical design (CAD CAM), computer hardware (Spac / EPLAN) and software (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, Schneider).

LOMA HANDLING
The Handling division designs and manufactures turnkey automated production lines for the internal handling of the product.
DESIGNOur staff of mechanical, hardware and software engineers is able to study and solve every problem for automated lines with high performance and reliability, starting with the specific needs of the customer. We design and create entire lines.
CLASSESThe main air transport systems are self-propelled or conveyor chain types, while ground transportation can be of several types: roller, chain, belt, roller shutters, and it can be made of suitable materials to withstand all types of environmental conditions.
The movement lines can be equipped with lifting, translation and rotation systems, all in-house production.

TOOLSUpon completion of service, the Handling division has developed a wide range of equipment aimed at optimizing all the process activities.
Among these we include jigs and fixtures for the construction of railway cars and also the equipment for the coupling of body shell subgroups.
EQUIPMENTFurthermore, we design and build transfer trolleys, doors and safety devices, metal containers.
PRELIMINARY DESIGNWhere required, we provide the study and preliminary design of buildings (construction work) and plant design (electrical, pneumatic and general).

FIRE PROTECTION
Fire Protection designs and manufactures fire-fighting systems for each context: sprinkler / wet or dry systems for large industrial plants - that require coverage of large areas of intervention - up to systems for residential buildings, for which a more accurate performance is required, in adaptation to often restricted space and specific architectural needs.
Starting from the different needs of the customer, we handle and solve technical issues to formulate the best solution.
The technical contents are being developed taking into account all applicable regulations, following every practice to give the customer a plant operating with the ‘turnkey’ formula.
Fire Protection also designs the pumping stations for fire-fighting distribution networks. In addition, if required, arrangements can be developed in compliance with U.S. regulations (NFPA).

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMSThe department designs and manufactures industrial electrical systems and control boards, with software development to meet different needs: control, operation, monitoring, data acquisition and supervision of the plant.
We also design and manufacture Medium Voltage / Low Voltage electric closets with Low Voltage power lines and industrial indoor / outdoor lighting systems.
An independent team of consultants and designers can provide the only engineering for the automation and PLC for the handling of an industrial plant. Highly specialized technicians are able to produce large quantities of quality product in a short time in our workshop, based upon the project.
Our customer service provides a package of audit and retrofit of all obsolete electrical panels and modification of application software.
FLUID SYSTEMS

FLUID SYSTEMS
Fluid Systems plays a key role in the design and construction of industrial fluid systems. It is organized with specialized technicians and experienced workforce, and it delivers both centralized systems with distribution networks and specific dedicated devices.
AREAS
The range is wide: from common plants / networks of production and distribution of compressed air up to more ‘tech’ fluids such as fuels, oils, greases, adhesives, sealants.

Fluid Systems is open to new partnerships with excellent manufacturers to jointly develop new equipment and distribution systems.

AIR TECH

AIR TECH
Air Tech designs and manufactures air conditioning and heating - HVAC - plants, water treatment in industrial processes, extraction and filtration in the various processes and sanitary plumbing systems. It creates supervision systems capable of managing all the systems under BMS (Build Management System). SUSTAINABILITY
The department is able to meet any request with feasibility studies that give immediate feedback on the type of investment to face, on sustainability and energy saving, based on renewable energy sources (photovoltaic systems) and trigeneration.
SEWAGE TREATMENT
Air Tech provides sewage treatment and pumping units, separation tanks and filtration systems, also offering full support for the civil works preparatory to such systems.
