Use this procedure to log in to the Engine Warranty System.

Perform this procedure when you need to log in to the Engine Warranty System.

You must have access to the Engine Warranty System.

1. Open a web browser window. Example: Internet Explorer

2. In the Address field, enter or copy and paste the address http://enginewarranty.kohlernet.com for the Kohler Engine Business Warranty System.

3. Click to go to the Login page screen.

4. As required, complete/review the following fields:

User Name: R User name

Password (Case Sensitive):

R Password

The password is case sensitive, lowercase only.

1. Click to view account information.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required fields.

Field Description

Organization Kohler-assigned organization number. This field is not changeable by the end user.

Checkbox indicates whether logged in user is a factory user or not. This field is not changeable by the end user

Title The business title of the user logged in to the system. This field is changeable.

First Name User first name. This field is changeable.

Middle Name User middle name. This field is changeable.

Last Name User last name. This field is changeable.

Field Description

E-Mail User’s business e-mail. This field is changeable.

This e-mail address is used for all communications regarding submitted warranty claims.

Login Engine warranty system login ID. This number is the same as the number in the Organization field and is not changeable by

the end user.

Password (Case Sensitive) System password. This field is changeable.

Language Language in which the user wishes to view the system.

2. Make necessary changes to your personal information.

3. In the Password and Password Confirmation fields, type your new password.

• The password is case-sensitive.

• The two entries must match exactly or the password will not be changed.

4. Click to save the new password.

Used to view Dealer information.
