4. Fill the application main details like plant, type of application, application for, registration type etc.

5. There are two tabs which are common for all type of authorization under e-waste management rules.

6. Total constructed area detail floor wise.

7. E-waste details.

8. Entry tab for e-processed during last three years.

9. Details of Waste/Residue generation during the processing of e-waste.

10. Name and other details of Treatment and disposal facility.

11. Details of e-waste proposed to be procured for re-processing.

12. Other details of waste management.

13. Details of agreement with collection centre/ producer/ recycler.

14. Tab to upload the required documents.

15. Final submission of the application.
