Looking for journals on the LSE catalogue?
No problem!
• Simply go to the Library catalogue http://catalogue.lse.ac.uk/
• Choose the advanced search form• Enter the title in inverted commas eg• “media culture and society” and choose the title
search option• Note if you are unsure of the correct title. There
is an a-z list of ejournals at : http://zw4gk5cr3l.search.serialssolutions.com/
Finding the full text
• Often more than one record will appear.
• One will refer to the printed copy the second to the online version.
• Ejournals are usually labelled as Electronic. Print copies as journal
• Note years of coverage may be different
• Expand the records to view locations and links to full text versions.
Viewing the full text
• Choose the online links field – click here for full text
• This will take you to the ejournals page where years available will be displayed.
• sometimes several links are offered• These are simply the same title offered via
different databases.• Sometimes the years offered are different.
Remember to check carefully
• Now all you need to do is log in using your LSE Network Username and Password!

• Remember if the link doesn’t work
• It is worth trying again. Sometimes the Internet can be tempermental!
