The powers of darkness will fight against you, to

keep you from reading this book. If you are

distracted or notice unusual spiritual warfare, while

reading this book, just know that it is a tactic of

Satan to get you to put this book down.

DO NOT DO IT. And if you do put it down, the forces of darkness

will make sure you do not pick it back up again.

Why???? Satan hates the truth and exposure!!

Satan is determined to keep you ignorant to his

devices and the Word of God, you must be just as

determined to get the wisdom and knowledge you

need to live the victorious life afforded to you

through Jesus Christ our Lord. Be determined to

know the truth, the truth shall make you free, and

free indeed. . Lest Satan should get an advantage of you:

for we are not ignorant of his devices.

2Cor 2:11

Have you ever found yourself engaged in spiritual warfare and

it seems like nothing you did was effective? No matter what you did,

nothing worked.

The attacks kept coming! It may have even seemed like God did

not care what was happening to you! After all, you have bind and

rebuked the devil(s) you do not know how many times, and yet

NOTHING happened?

Often times, when Christians find themselves engaged in spiritual

warfare with the adversary and his host, they attempt to do warfare

according to their understanding, man’s tradition, or popular

colloquialism, which unfortunately is not according to the Word of

God or the revelation of it.

The warfare usually involves calling Satan names, telling him he’s

a liar, how low-down he is, and how great and saved you are and how

much you hate him, then using of such terms as:

"Satan, I bind you in JESUS name."

"I come against this devil and his works.."

"I bind this devil back to hell in JESUS name"

"I bind this sickness and loose healing"

"Satan, I command you to go/come out"

Believe it or not, ALL THE ABOVE ARE SCRIPTURALLY

WRONG!! Conducting spiritual using any of the above terms will

only result in only one thing – YOUR DEFEAT!!

If you have prayed, or attempted to do spiritual warfare

utilizing these terms, you have done so in error.

Satan, our adversary, is a "legalist", and he knows the Word of

God. He will take every advantage of your ignorance, as leverage, not

to obey the delegated authority that has been given to you through

our Lord JESUS CHRIST. Not only will using these terms cause you

to lose the spiritual battle you are waging, they will also cause you to

be ineffective in your intercession. You cannot fight, (let alone win) a

war, using ineffective weapons. If you have a gun and do not know

how becomes an "ineffective" weapon. It would to be more harm to

you, rather than the protection it is intended to be.

To attempt combat with Satan and his hosts and use ineffective

weapons of warfare would equivalent to the United States utilizing

water guns to wage war against another country. "The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through GOD."

2 Cor 10:4

MIGHTY through GOD, through his Word and the principles

of his Word. Not tradition, our own understanding, or doctrines.

Many have prayed prayers just because the prayer sounded

"spiritually deep or "super spiritual". Just because a prayer or saying

sounds, "spiritually deep, you cannot take for granted that the prayer

is scripturally correct. Not searching the scriptures to see if the

prayers you are praying or the warfare you are waging, are in

accordance to God's word will result in a spiritual debacle.

I believe that is one of the biggest mistakes a Saint can make is

to pray, or quote a scripture because someone else prayed or said it.

You have to study God’s Word for yourself and find out the truth. And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Joh 8:32

Ignorance is not only bondage, it is also one of Satan’s most reliable

tools.

Therefore my people are gone into captivity,

because they have no knowledge

Isa 5:13a

.Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good;

Pr 19:2a

We MUST do warfare according to the Word of God as set forth

in the scriptures, and the examples set forth by our LORD JESUS

CHRIST. If we expect to be effective in our warfare, we have to

fight according to the TRUTH. ."Sanctify them through thy truth, THY WORD IS TRUTH..."

John 17:17

Truth - of a truth, in fact, certainly the truth as taught

by the Holy Ghost, respecting God and the execution of his purposes through

Christ… .

If your prayers or spiritual warfare is not based on the Word of

God, you may find yourself praying amiss. Because truth is vital in

spiritual warfare, you need the revealed truth of God’s word to

deliver you from man’s traditions, erroneous teaching and

misunderstanding. Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him

not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall

be in you. John 14:17

And most importantly, the Word of God plainly tells you that

God’s will is his Word, God and Heaven backs up his Word – For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the

Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water,

and the blood: and these three agree in one.

1 John 5:7-8

One of the most erroneous teachings and traditional way of

conducting spiritual warfare is -

"Binding the Devil and loosening blessings

or whatever the need is!!" For example, if prayer is needed for a sick person, the prayer

usually starts like this - "I bind this sickness and loose healing, right

now, in JESUS name".

When healing does not manifest, doubt and unbelief in God

word does!! Excuses such as "I'm waiting on God" usually suffices

for a while; then the person just gives up altogether on the prayer or

promise they are believing God for. Meanwhile, Satan attempts to

convince you that the reason the prayer was not answered or that God

is unfaithful or a liar, or we’re not saved, when it was actually it is

due to our spiritual ignorance, or a lack of knowledge of the God’s

Word and the principles contained therein. You cannot blame the

enemy or God, you must blame your ignorance.

Our Lord Jesus Christ made it possible for you to have all the

resources you need to be victorious in spiritual warfare. It is our fault

if we do not use them correctly. Meanwhile the enemy is relentless in

his attacks and it seems like Jehovah God is not doing anything! In

actuality, it is a result of you erroneous praying. You are not praying

or waging spiritual warfare according to God's truth. God states in

Hosea 4:5, "my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge" and

because his people reject knowledge ( the truth) he would reject them

from their priestly position.

Knowing the truth is vitally important! Satan will take every

opportunity to "steal, kill, and destroy you" through "our lack of

knowledge" of God's word, and how to appropriate it in your life.

2Cor 2:11 "Lest Satan should get an advantage (to make gain,

defraud, get an advantage, to have more, or greater share to be superior,

excel, surpass, have an advantage over), of you for we are not ignorant of

his devices (evil purposes).

The meaning of "ignorance" is - be ignorant, unlearned, illerate,

not to know, nor to understand, be mistaken, be wrong

That is why Satan's primary purpose is to keep you ignorant of his

devices and God's word!! Ignorance is his greatest tool.

Whether we are mistaken, taught wrong, or sincerely wrong, makes

no difference to our adversary. Satan will use your ignorance to

"take advantage" of you, thereby giving him the upper hand in

warfare!! This is why Satan’s primary objective is to infiltrate the

body of Christ with tradition and erroneous teachings of God's word.

It gives him the "upper hand", and keeps God's people living

defeated lives!!

Satan loves it when God's people are entertained instead of taught. "Study to shew thyself approved unto God..." 2 Tim 2:15,

The Body of Christ must take extra precaution to study,

not just read the word of God, STUDY it. Then pray for divine

revelation, so that we may be knowledgeable of God's word and

how to appropriate the power and authority afforded you

through God’s Word.

God's knowledge gives you the "upper hand" and

VICTORY OVER THE ENEMY!!

Ignorance gives the enemy the “upper hand” and VICTORY

OVER THE BODY OF CHRIST.

As a solder in God’s army, you CANNOT afford to give Satan

anything, let alone the upper hand!

And guess what, there is nothing God can do about it, if we remain

ignorant of his Word and his will.

That’s why he gave the Church teachers and the Holy Ghost.

But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need

not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all

things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall

abide in him. 1Jo 2:27

Do not settle anything less than the truth. Not only will it make

you free (from ignorance) but it will all give you the upper hand in

spiritual warfare.

Whatsoever You

Bind on earth, Shall be Bound

in Heaven

Matt 16:19a

One of the first things that is done when waging spiritual

warfare or pray against adverse situations is to "bind" Satan or the

adverse situation. You will probably ask (or argue), "why wouldn't

anything happen if you "bind" the devil? Then you'll refer me to

Matt 16:19 and Matt 12:29, since many refer to these scriptures as the

foundation for "binding" the devil and his host.

Let's closely examine these scriptures that have been so erroneously

misquoted and misused, and find out the truth.

Starting with Matt 16:18-19 first, the summary of Matt 16:1-12

has JESUS telling his disciples to beware of the leaven of the Scribes

and Pharisees, whom had come to tempt JESUS by asking him to

show them a heavenly sign. He admonished them for being religious

outwardly, but having no spiritual insight to discern the signs of the

times. He warned his disciples to "beware of the leaven” of these

religious groups. Because the disciples had forgotten to bring natural

bread, they thought JESUS was talking about natural bread. JESUS

explained to them it was not natural bread he was speaking of but of

their "religious" doctrines. Their religious doctrine taught men to

look holy, and keep the Law as a matter of tradition, but had no

reverence to God or the Law, in their hearts.

This is why Jesus told the disciples to beware of the Pharisees

"leaven". The Greek word for leaven is "zume" which means

"ingrained, established, fixed", mental and/or moral corruption,

viewed in its tendency to infect others.)

Leaven is applied to that which though small in quantity, yet by its

influence, thoroughly pervades (penetrate, teach, infest) a thing, for

good or bad purposes.

This is what has happened in the body of CHRIST. A little

erroneous teachings here and there has influenced and infected the

entire body, and has Christians praying in error, thereby giving Satan

the upper hand!!

Jesus did not want his disciples to be "infected" by the religious

doctrines and traditions of the Scribes and Pharisees.

He wanted them to know the truth.

Matt l6:13-20 - JESUS asking his disciples whom did men say he

was, several gave answers of what the people were saying, then

JESUS asked them to tell him whom did they think he was. Peter's

answered Jesus was "that he was the CHRIST, the son of the Living

God". JESUS told Peter that flesh and blood had not revealed this to

him, but from his Father in heaven.

JESUS furthers states that upon Peter's firm belief and confession

(petra or rock-man) that he was indeed the CHRIST, and upon that

revelation he would establish his church.

His "church", being a company of ones "called out", would worship

God from their hearts and not as a matter of tradition.

God's law would be in their hearts, he would be their God and they

would be his people. This is why Jesus had just warned them of being

"religious". The foundation of the Church would be firm like a

"petra" (rock) (Peter's confession) in its worship of God through

Jesus Christ our Lord. Note that the building of Jesus "Church"

would be in the future. The gates of Hell (or authorities of Hell)

would not prevail (which means to be strong to another's detriment,

to overpower, to be superior in strength) against JESUS' church.

JESUS then states in verse 19 that he would give his church the

keys of the kingdom of Heaven. The keys- denotes power, authority

and access) of the Kingdom of Heaven.

The kingdom denotes "royal power, kingship or dominion",

not of an actual kingdom, but delegated right or authority to rule

over a kingdom, the rule of the Messiah. The Messiah would rule,

NOT THE MOSAIC LAW!! JESUS would give his church the same

heavenly power and authority he used in his earthly ministry.

The "keys" would be given to the "Church" through the power of the

HOLY GHOST, Acts 1:8. JESUS' wouldn't do away with the law, he

would fulfill the righteousness of it!! Jesus would teach his Church a

new way of worship.

Again, this is why he had previously warned them to beware of being

religious traditions. God wants worshippers not church goers!!

Through Jesus Christ’s church, God would be worshipped in Spirit

and in truth. The old traditional way of worship would be done away

with; the new way of worship would not be done according to the

religious traditions or as an outward show.

True worship would be serving God from the heart because the

Holy Ghost would shed God's love abroad in the hearts of Jesus'

church. The church would then love God with a Godly love and not

through man's traditions, which carouse the Word of God to be of no

effect, (Mark 7:13).

The entire scripture has nothing to do with binding and loosening

the Devil. It is concerning the formation and foundation of Jesus

Christ’s church.

And I will give unto thee the keys of the

kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be

bound in heaven:

Mt 16:19a

This is where the Body of Christ has missed it. This one scripture was interpreted literally, and then used as the

foundation to "bind up" everything we do not want or like in our

lives!! (Accidents, devils, Satan, sickness, drugs, etc).

Let us look further into verse 19.

Since the word "whatsoever" was erroneously interpreted to be

anything we apply it to, (devils, problems, sickness, etc.)

We must examine this word first, since it is the first word!!

The Greek word for "whatsoever" is "Ean",

it is a conditional participle which makes reference to a time and to

an experience, introducing something future, that is certainly to

take place as reference to Matt 16:19.

The future event to take place would be the formation of Jesus'

"Church", after his death, burial and resurrection.

Not devils, problems, sickness, etc.

Now let's examine the word "bind".

"Bind" means: (from the Heb. and Grk meanings -

1. Rakac , OT, ("raw-kas"} - to bind

2. Acar -OT ("aw-sar'} -(a verb) to tie, bind, imprison

(Gen 39:30,42:19), harness, to bind (with cords)

(Gen 42:14) to gird, (figurative) obligation of oath,

(Nu 30:2-ll), to be imprisoned, bound, taken prisoner

3. Tsarar - OT ("tsaw-rar') -v- to bind, be bound (Jos 9:7)

Bind, tie up,

4. Qashar -OT (kaw-shar') , gird, confine, in league with,

bind together, league together (Gen 38:28) to bind fast (Prov 3:3) 5. Chabash (khaw-bash)- to tie (Eze 27:24), bind on (Eze 24:17)

restrain (Job 28:11), bandage (Job 5:18 Psm 147:3, Hos 6:11)

6. Deo {deh'-o)- (the 1st of 2 N.T. words for "bind")

bind, to tie, fasten (Matt 12:29,13:30, Mr 3:37) knit (Acts 10:11),

fasten with chains to throw into chains (Mr 5:3-4, Acts 12:ó),

To bind...Metaphorically Satan is said to bind a woman bent

together (Luke 13:16) i.e. by means of a devil, as his

messenger, taking possession of the woman and

preventing her from standing upright.

b) to bind,- put under obligation, of a law, duty,(Joh 18:24)

7. Hupodeo (hoop-od-eh'-o} from 1210 bind on, shod,

be shod with (Ac 12:8, Eph 6:15, Mr 6:9)

From any of these meanings, the word, "to bind" means "tie up,

to fasten on, to knit, put in bonds, to gird, to bandage, be in league

with, or be under obligation".

Surely, you do not want a devil (or a problem) tied, bound,

knitted or fastened to you, or you to it do you??

Would you want to be leagued together with a demon, or would you

want a devil to bandaged you??!!

Would you want to be fastened in chains with a devil?

Would you want to be put under obligation of a devil?

To knit something together means to "intertwine it", surely you do

not want to be "intertwined" with the devil or his host!! When you

bind the devil or devils, this is what you are saying.

There was no mention of devils in the entire 16th chapter of

Matthews. JESUS rebuked Satan when he spoke through Peter but

he didn't "bind him". He told Satan to get behind him.

If "binding Satan" was correct, I believe JESUS would have done it.

NOWHERE, FROM GENESIS TO REVELATION does God,

any of the Prophets, David, Solomon (the giver of Wisdom), JESUS,

the Disciples or Apostles, ever bind a devil, the devil, or any

obstacles they faced!!

And if you could bind them, WHAT would you bind them with?

And what would ensure you that they wouldn’t get loose?

Because someone took the word "bind" literally, it has trickled

down through the years from church to church, prayer group to

prayer group, in error. IT WAS, HAS, AND IS, DONE IN ERROR!!

I was teaching in a revival once and a gentleman in the audience

hollered out loud "the Bible said you first "bind" the strong man!!"

(Referring to Satan and Matt 12:29), the Holy Ghost told me to tell

him that Satan is not the "strong man" anymore.

And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of

them openly, triumphing over them in it,

Col 2:15

Jesus Christ spoiled (to strip, disarm, demolish destroy, or desecrate)

principalities and powers and made a shew (to make an example of, to

show as an example ) of them openly". Doesn't sound like a strong man

to me!! JESUS CHRIST not only stripped the devil and his host of

their authority against a child of God, he gave his "CHURCH",

authority over the devil and his host, in his name! The devil and his

host has to obtain authority from our Lord JESUS CHRIST, or trick

you into giving him authority through our ignorance. He does not

have "rights" or inherent power over a child of God becayoue JESUS

took the keys (authority) from Satan and gave them to the body of

Christ!!!

If you were to you this scripture as a basis for "binding" the devil,

(Matt 12:29), which says you must first bind (or tie-up) the strong

man to spoil (steal) his goods why would you want any of the devil's

goods out of the devil's house ??!!

If you could "tie up" a devil, then that means he could probably

get loose. You certainly can't "tie up" problems, they must be

resolved!!

Be sober, be vigilant; becayoue your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion,

walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 1Pe 5:8 The word of God says that the devil walketh about, seeking whom

he may devour. That does not sound like he's somewhere "tied up".

As many times as Christians have “bind” him, he should be

somewhere good and tied up!!

Last but not least, a devil is a spirit, "pneuma", "wind", how can you

"tie up" wind??????

Hold your hand up in front of you, blow in it. Now tie up or bind the

wind you just blew in your hand!!!!!!!!! You cannot.

If you do come up with a revelation on tying or binding wind, please

contact the National Weather Service. I am sure they would youe this

valuable information to rid our atmosphere of hurricanes, tornadoes

and such like! And, if you could "tie up" a devil, what would you

"tie" him up with?? As a spirit being, it would seem that you would

need a "spiritual rope or spiritual chains" wouldn't you?

And we know there is no such thing!!

(I hope I've made my point!!)

"...Whatsoever thou shalt

loose in earth shall be loosed

in heaven" .

Matt 16:19b

Whenever one would finish binding up the devil, sickness,

problems, etc., immediately whatever is needed or desired is then

"loosed". (prosperity, healing, houses, cars, spouses, etc.)

Let's examine the word "loose".

The Greek word for loose is "loo" which means: to break,

unloose, destroy - ref- Matt 16:18:18, 21:2, Mr 1:7, 7:35, 11:2, 19:30

Jhn 2:19, 7:23, 11:44, Acts 2-24:26, lCor 7:27, 2 Pe 3:12, Rev 20:7

a) to loose any person (or thing) tied, fastened,

bandages of the feet, the shoes, of bad angels, of a

husband and wife joined together by marriage,

b) to loose one bound, release from bondage, set free one

bound up (swathed in bandages), bound with chains

(prison, discharge from prison, let go free

c) to loosen, undo, dissolve, anything bound, tied, or

compacted together assembly, i.e. to dismiss, break up

Laws. as having a binding force are likened to bonds

hence to annul, subvert: to do away with, to deprive

authority. (such as the authority of the Mosaic law).

To break up, demolish, destroy to dissolve something

coherent into parts, to destroy metaph. to overthrow,

to do away with ( as the Mosaic law, again)

chalats {khaw-lats' (loose) O.T. (Lev 14:40, Nu 31:3, Deu

25:10, Ps 6:4) to remove, draw out, take off, rescue, be

rescued, to be delivered, to be saved, tear out, deliver,

set free

Shalach {shaw-lakh'}, loose O.T.(Gen 3) to send, send

away, let go, stretch to send off, send away/out/forth,

dismiss, give over, cast out, to let go, set free, dissolve,

None of the above references refer blessings, healings, prosperity,

God's angels or the like.

To "loose" something means it first had to be tied up or bound ,

since "loose" means, set free, rescue, be delivered, release from

bondage, how can this word possible be associated with healing,

blessings, God's angels, or your prosperity or any of God's promises.

All of the promises of God is contained in God's word, and his word

states that "the Word of God is not bound...." 2 Tim 2:9

The devil does not have the promises of God tied or bound in a

spiritual pen somewhere (please don't ask where!), waiting

for the saints of God to set them free.

Would you want your healing dismissed, sent forth, set free from

you, ??!! Of course not!

If anything, you would want them bound to you!!

You do not want to "do away with" the promises of God.

It seems to me as if the prayer was being prayed in REVERSE!!

We bind the devil which can not be bound, and loose God's promises,

which are not bound!!

Lets' look at a classic example of loosening something that was

bound.

John 11:41 - 44... Jesus has just called Lazarus forth from

the dead. Verse 44 - "and he that was dead came forth bound hand and

foot with grave clothes (this is what had Lazarus bound) and his face was

bound about with a napkin, Jesus saith unto them, "loose him and let him go."

Jesus is speaking to the grave clothes, the thing that had Lazarus

bound. Here Jesus spoke to the things that had Lazarus bound, he

didn't bind the thing that already had Lazarus bound!!

He loosed him from the thing that had him bound.

Jesus didn't loose life on him either, he delivered Lazarus from death

by the power of God in himself, the life he spoke was not bound

somewhere, the only thing that had Lazarus bound was the grave

clothes, and Jesus loosed him from them!!

Let us look at another scripture, Luke 13:16. Jesus said that the

daughter of Abraham was loosed from the disease that had her bound.

Satan had her bound by a spirit of infirmity. She needed to be loosed

from that spirit. Jesus told her she was loosed from the infirmity,

immediately she was freed. Jesus did not bind the infirmity, he

loosed her from it.

It makes absolutely no sense “to bind” something that already has

one bound and loose something that is not bound, however this is

what we have been traditionally taught to do, and it is error!

We need to be "loosed” from what has you bound, cast out devils

(another meaning for "loose"), and bound ourselves to the word and

will of God, Prov 3:3)!!

For Christ is the end

of the law...

Rom 10:4a

Matt 16:19-20 was not referring to spiritual warfare, but the

establishment of JESUS' church. The righteousness of the Mosaic

Law would be fulfilled through Jesus Christ which means he would

be the "end" of the law, the end of worshiping God through the law

and the means to the end of the Law, the fulfilling of the

righteousness of it! Through the death, burial, and resurrection of

Jesus Christ, mankind now has a new way to be reconciled back to

God, no not through the law but through Jesus Christ our Lord.

"Whatsoever you bind on earth...." was referring to the Greek

word "Deo", which referred to "declaring illicit, to forbid". There

were certain practices the disciples would have to "forbid, declare

illicit and prohibit", in order to establish order in JESUS' church,

which order would be first spiritual than natural. Whatever they

"declared illicit or forbidden" in the earth, would be honored in

Heaven as well so that Satan could not bring accusation against the

body of CHRIST for breaking the (Mosaic) law.

Israel's keeping of the law, (the established order of living for

Israel) declared them righteous before God. Some kept the Law as a

matter of ritual others because they truly reverenced and loved God.

The "new" Israel would not rely on the Law or it's ordinances for

righteousness but would rely on the saving grace of God through our

Lord Jesus. This, of course, caused great controversy in Israel

(Acts 18:13). The new order went against the very fiber of the

ritualistic Mosaic law. In the natural, believers would look

lawbreakers, when spiritually Jesus' church would actually be

fulfilling the Law. The ordinances, sacrifices, and practices practiced

in accordance to the Mosaic Law, would have to "forbidden,

prohibited or declared illicit", by the disciples or Elders of the

church (the body of CHRIST). We have examples of this in the

books of Acts through Revelation.

After JESUS' resurrection, all power in Heaven and Earth was

give to him (Matt 28:18). Mankind would no longer be justified by

Law, but by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. (Gal 2:16, Rom 4:14-16).

The Apostles and Elders would have to establish new rules and

ordinances for Jesus' church, according to spiritual laws, not natural

or humanistic laws. Such established rules and practices that would

be considered as "lawful" regarding the conduct of the body of

CHRIST, and the body of Christ would be "bound" to, "Deo", put

under obligation, or duty, to keep this new order as established by the

Elders. Thereby "loosening" man from the Mosaic Law and

ordinances. Even Jesus gave a new ordinance regarding dealing with

problems between brethren in Matt 18:18, where he uses the same

spiritual law as in Matt 16:18-19.

As you can see, these scriptures have NOTHING to do with

spiritual warfare, demons, or adverse circumstances in your life.

The weapons of the body of Christ's warfare are only mighty

THROUGH GOD!! and his revealed word.

Again, you cannot wage effective warfare against Satan using

ineffective weapons. "Binding" Satan or demons is ineffective.

In Mark 16:17, JESUS says that in his name, shall the believer

"CAST OUT DEVILS", not tie them up, knit themselves to them

(God forbid), or be in league with them, but CAST THEM OUT!!

JESUS spoke 12 times to CAST OUT DEVILS!! (Mt 7:22, 10:8, 12:24-28, Mr 1:39, 3:15, 16:17, Lu 11:18-20, 13:32)

The Greek word for "cast out" is "ekballo" {ek-bal'lo)

which means: "to cast, bring forth, pull out, send forth

a) to cast out drive out to send out) be deprived of the

power and influence he exercises in the world a thing:

excrement from the belly into the sink

b) to compel one to depart: to command or cayoue one to

depart in haste , to draw out with force, tear out

c) to draw out, extract, one thing insert in another

(as in devil possession)

d) to lead one forth or away somewhere with a force

which cannot be resisted ( In the name of Jesus Christ)

JESUS "cast out devils" by the Spirit of God (Matt 12:28),

and we must follow Jesus' example.

John 14:12 - "Verily, verily I say unto you that he that believeth on

me, the works that I do shall he do also and greater than these shall

he do because I go unto my Father".

In every instance that JESUS "cast out devils", he did not "bind"

not one of them. We cannot go wrong doing it the way JESUS did.

However, we must do it Jesus' way, not man's way or the way of

tradition!!

Acts 16:18 Gives you the correct way to cast out a devil.

Do not "come against it", nor "take authority over it" (through the

name of Jesus CHRIST you already have authority over it), and

definitely do not "bind" it,

In Acts 16:18, Paul recognized a spirit of divination operating

through a damsel. Paul spoke to the spirit (not the person whom the

spirit had possession of), and COMMANDED (the spirit) in the

NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, TO COME OUT OF THE WOMAN,

and the Spirit came out the same hour.

He did not say "in Jesus' name", nor did he command the devil in

HIS own name. When we say "Devil I command you to go" we're

commanding the devil to our in OUR NAME, our name has no

authority, the authority the devil must obey is in the name of JESUS

CHRIST. Paul let the devil know by WHOSE authority he was

using to cast him out. Paul told the spirit “I command you in the

name of JESUS CHRIST". Many times we command a devil in just

"Jesus' "name. In Mexico there are many men named "Jesus".

There are 5 mentioned Jesus' in the Bible. Jesus means - Iesoyou

{ee-ay-sooce'} of Hebrew origin Jesus,- (Joshua),-

1) Joshua meaning "Jehovah is salvation" was the famous

captain of the Israelites, Moses' successor

2) Jesus, son of Eliezer, an ancestor of CHRIST: Luke 3:29

3) Jesus, the son of God, saviour of mankind

4) Jesus Barabbas: He's the robber whom the Jews begged

Pilate to release instead of Christ.

5) Jesus, surnamed Jesus, a Jewish Christian an associate

with Paul in the preaching of the Gospel (Col 4:11).

So when you say or give a command in just Jesus' name, which

Jesus are you referring to??? There is only one name that devils are compelled to obey and

that's the name of JESUS CHRIST our Lord.

Acts 4:12, says "Neither is there salvation in any other for there is

none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must

be saved" (or delivered)

Acts 2:36 states that God made Jesus both Lord and Christ.

Jesus name is not just Jesus he is Jesus Christ our Lord.

When doing warfare against the adversary and his host,

we must CAST OUT DEVILS IN THE NAME OF

JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD. Not "bind" them, "come against" them, call them names, but CAST

THEM OUT. Not curse out, cast out!!

The holy word of God says to "prove all things and hold fast to

that which is good.....(1 Thes 5:21).

Through the revelation of God's word by the Holy Ghost, I believe

he has proved to you that binding the Devil, adverse circumstances,

etc, and loosening blessings, health, etc. is erroneous teaching, and an

ineffective way to conduct spiritual warfare, pray or intercede.

Yes, you will have to untrain yourself to stop binding the Devil

and his host, but if you will begin to cast them out instead of binding

them, you will see dramatic results and definite changes in your

circumstances.

STUDY the scriptures given in this book and challenge

yourself to know the truth, and by the Grace of God,

.....please walk therein.
