in the Woolworths Earn & Learn program. The

program has now finished for this year, so a big

thanks to everyone who supported our school.

We're now at the important stage of the program

where the Sticker Sheets are collected and

lodged as our Earn & Learn claim. We will then

be able to get new educational equipment for our

school. The more we collect, the more we can

redeem. So this week, please send in your

Woolworths Earn & Learn Sticker Sheets and

any loose Earn & Learn stickers you may have.

Remember to check your handbag, the car glove

box or they may be stuck on the fridge. Every

little bit helps. Thanks again for all your support!

We are running the Dance to Be Fit program next

term for K-6. We realise that there have been

many requests for payments for camps and

excursions recently, however, if you need to

make instalments to pay for the program, please

see the staff in the office and arrangements can

be made. At this stage we need to know who is

participating in the program to make finalise

timetables.

A reminder to all parents that children should be

in full school uniform, every day. Canterbury

track pants and shorts are not part of the school

uniform.

This is the last week of the term. Classes resume

Remember to wear your hat at recess and lunch

time as the weather is getting warmer and the

sun is getting hotter.

The schools policy is ‘No Hat No Play’.

If your child does not bring a hat to school they

will have to remain under the shelter in the

shade.

DANCE2BFIT

This dance program will start in Term 4 and

is a fun way to learn the latest dance styles

and improve fitness levels.

You will need to sign and return the

permission note with payment of $30 for

your child to be able to participate.

EISTEDDFOD

The students of Goulburn North have

excelled themselves in their performances at

the 2015 Eisteddfod. Their presentation,

professionalism and performances have

made us proud. Thank you to Ms Hedges for

all her hard work in preparing the students.

Thank you to all staff for your support.

We have had a number of

children coming to the office

who have forgotten to bring

their recess and/or lunch to

school. Can parents please check that lunch

boxes are packed in their child’s school bag.

REMINDER

***Absence notes need to be sent in with

your child/children if they miss school for any

reason. Forms can be picked up from the

school office.

If you are planning on taking your

child/children on a holiday during school term

time you will need to request this leave in

writing and submit to the school principal for

approval.

***Touch Gala Day 2015 – will be held on

Thursday 8th October in Week 1 Term 4.

Last Friday afternoon our school held the annual

Talent Show with students performing some

wonderful acts. There was singing, dancing,

fantastic!

We are looking forward to next year’s
