Director 2018 Average Annual Earnings: $10,608

You earn commissions based on volume from your own purchases, your customers’ volume, and your business partners’ volume, as well as Prove It Bonuses for every Prove It Challenge you personally sell, paid daily if on Direct Deposit.

Each product has a point value. For example, Vitalizer™ Women sells to a Member for $81.60 and is worth 55.56 points.

You work with your business partners to generate at least 2000 points in purchases each month, representing about 20 monthly customer purchases. You also buy 100 points’ worth of products yourself.

Congratulations. You’ve promoted to Director! Now, keep growing!

Develop an average of 3000 points per month over any six consecutive months in your first year and get a trip for two to the San Francisco Bay Area, where you will tour the Shaklee Global Headquarters and meet the Home Team, including our scientists who formulate our exceptional products. Oh, and you’ll enjoy a beautiful dinner in a nearby vineyard!

Senior Director 2018 Average Annual Earnings: $13,579

To become a Senior Director, you continue building your team with two to three business partners each month. Of course, you’ll still be using and sharing products to keep your Director status.

Then you simply mentor one of your business partners to reach Director. That’s your first-generation Director, and you earn a percentage of their points, called Leadership Bonuses.

So on top of the points you earn yourself and from everyone in your Personal Group, you also earn Leadership Bonuses from every business partner who becomes a Director—as well as everyone they mentor to become Directors. They are your second generation of income.

As a Senior Director, you can also participate in the exciting Shaklee car program. Work with your first-generation team to build 5000 points a month, including your 2000. Keep it up for three months to qualify, and then every month you maintain your qualification for the next three years, Shaklee will help you make your payment for a new car—up to $250 a month for a hybrid or electric, which is good for you and the planet!


Coordinator2018 Average Annual Earnings: $22,105

You’re still using and sharing Shaklee products, but with what you’ve personally learned, your focus turns more toward mentoring others and growing your organization.

To become Coordinator, you mentor a second business partner to reach Director.

And as your first-generation Directors follow your example by helping their business partners to become your second-generation Directors, we increase the percentage of your Leadership income. Don’t forget, you have your own mentor who wants you to be successful too, so look to your mentor for support along the way.

Reach Coordinator for the first time and hold for three additional months, and you can earn an incredible trip to an exotic location!

Senior Coordinator2018 Average Annual Earnings: $33,919

With two first-generation Business Leaders in your growing organization, you now have quite a business for yourself. To promote yourself to Senior Coordinator, you need to generate 10,000 points each month from the sales made by everyone in your organization at every generation.

How about a bigger Leadership Bonus, too? The percentage of your Leadership income can potentially increase at every generation of your organization through a revolutionary concept called Tru-Infinity®. And there is no limit to the number of generations you can create, so keep doing what you’re doing.

And how about more money toward a car for another 36 months? Up to $375 for a hybrid or electric.


Executive Coordinator2018 Average Annual Earnings: $49,479

Help a third business partner to promote to Director and work with your organization to generate 20,000 points.

Then, as an Executive Coordinator, you’re eligible for a higher level of income from every generation in your organization. So the Business Leaders in your organization are not only earning more income with your mentorship, but you’re also earning a greater percentage of it. You’re really starting to see a big payoff from your efforts.

For many, this is the level of income that can replace that of a full-time job, or that can address some of the more significant goals and dreams you may have—such as a home mortgage, college tuition, and the ability to work from home full-time and never miss another family milestone!

Senior Executive Coordinator2018 Average Annual Earnings: $65,259

You’re mentoring your business partners, and your sales are going strong on many generations in your organization. As a Senior Executive Coordinator, you are now generating 30,000 points through every generation.

You've given yourself a raise in income and earned another increase in the percentage on your Leadership and Infinity income.

As long as you meet the requirements, you earn a bigger car payment for the next 36 months—up to $450 each month for a hybrid or electric vehicle.

To help you keep your income diversified and stable, a portion of those points is coming from your organization outside your largest Business Leader and their organization.

Game on, with yet another increase in the percentage paid as Leadership and Infinity income.

Reach Key Coordinator for the first time and hold for three additional months, and you can earn a once-in-a-lifetime trip to an international bucket list destination as a Shaklee Top Achiever!

Senior Key Coordinator2018 Average Annual Earnings: $122,299

Help a fifth business partner to promote to Director and work with your business partners to develop 75,000 points each month throughout your organization. Again, a portion of those points is coming from your organization outside your largest Business Leader and their organization.

When you become a Senior Key Coordinator, you qualify for yet another Top Achievers International Getaway and your Leadership and Infinity percentages increase once again.

Help a sixth business partner become a Director and work with your business partners to generate 100,000 in points each month throughout your organization. To help you keep your income diversified and stable, a portion of these points is coming from your organization outside your largest Business Leader and their organization.

You’ve qualified for yet another increase on your Leadership and Infinity percentages. And by now you may have many generations. That’s a whole lot of Leadership income!

Help promote someone else to Master Coordinator and earn a 15% matching bonus on a portion of their earnings!

Your bonus goes up to $600 a month for your car, every month for the next 36 months that you meet the requirements.

More amazing travel awaits you when you reach this level for the first time and hold for three months—yet another exotic international destination!

And, time to pack your bags and head to San Francisco, where your accomplishment in becoming a Master Coordinator will be celebrated and honored with a stay in a luxury hotel, a “green carpet” welcome and medal ceremony at the Shaklee Global Headquarters, and a private dinner at the home of our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and his wonderful family.

Senior Master CoordinatorAverage Annual Earnings: $302,215

Help your seventh and eighth business partners promote to Director and work with your business partners to develop 200,000 points each month throughout your entire organization. Again, a portion of those points is coming from your organization outside your largest Business Leader and their organization.

You’ve earned another increase in your Leadership and Infinity percentages. Isn’t it great that you can earn a percentage on an infinite number of product purchases? By this point, you are leveraging the powerful benefits of social networking.

Your first-time achievement of the Senior Master Coordinator rank also earns you another never to be forgotten international trip experience as a Top Achiever.

Presidential Master CoordinatorAverage Annual Earnings: $588,028

Help your ninth and tenth business partners promote to Director and work with your business partners to develop 500,000 points each month throughout your organization. To help you keep your income diversified and stable, a portion of those points is coming from your organization outside your largest Business Leader and their organization. To further strengthen your organization, you need to help two of your first-generation business partners achieve the rank of Master Coordinator.

Again, you’ve earned an increase on your Leadership and Infinity percentages.

Help someone promote to Presidential Master Coordinator and earn a 25% matching bonus on a portion of their income.
