“MOMS” GROUP The MOMS Group (Mothers Offering Mothers Support) will meet this Tuesday, October 9th, 9:30-11:30am in the Parking Deck. Childcare is provided.

PRIMETIMERS Primetimers is a monthly gathering for all “seasoned citizens”. This Friday, October 12, SMIC missionaries Brad and Brooke Jenkins, will share how God brought surprising development of their ministry in the Dominican Republic far beyond their expectations. Enjoy special music by Phillip Wiginton. Please make reservations for a delicious lunch ($4/person) by calling the Welcome Center at 978-6000.

PRAY FOR THE NATION A 40-day prayer guide called “If My People” is available at the Welcome Center for $2.00 each. If you would like to enhance your prayer time during this pivotal time for our nation, be sure to pick one up before you leave today.

MIDDLE SCHOOL RETREAT The Middle School Winter Retreat is scheduled for January 19-21, 2013, in Destin, FL. Registration forms are available in the foyer. Space is limited. A $50 deposit will hold your spot. ADVENTURE OPPORTUNITY FOR TEENS AND PARENTS Outback America is a ministry that strives to be the Adventure of a Lifetime for teens and their parents. This Outback event will take place in Eutaw, AL and focuses on life purpose, goal setting, spiritual priorities and relationships with God and others. The date of the event is October 19-21 and the cost is $295 for each parent/teen pair. Scholarships are available. Contact Judi Moore if you have questions at 824-1179.
