LSR was established in 1982 and registered and licensed as a Travel Agent as per the

Travel Agents Code of Sri Lanka contained in the Tourist Development Act.

Lanka Sportreizen Travel Agent and Tour Operator over the years, has been engaged in

providing all types of tour programmes specializing in Adventure, Nature, Water Sports,

Mountain Biking, Trekking, Hiking, Cultural / Religious programmes and Special

Interest programmes such as Bird/Flower/Butterfly Watching and Sports etc.,including

Transport, Accommodation and Ticketing.

LSR also operates Water Sports Centres providing the following Water Sports Facilities:

Sri Lanka is a treasure trove of shipwrecks, boulders,

corals, reefs and many species of tropical fish waiting to

There is no season as such in Sri Lanka, which is

unsuitable for diving. Diving is possible from

November to mid March on the South West Coast and

from May to October on the East Coast.

The climate is warm and humid with the temperature of

coastal waters varying from 29°C to 31°C all year

round with a visibility range of 20 - 25 metres.
