Re: Recommendation for Kimberly Kelly

I was impressed with Kimberly Kelly’s enthusiasm, product knowledge, application suggestions, follow-up and professional demeanor when I contacted her for a crane quote. During the 3 months of the project, she consistently demonstrated all of these qualities and more, and I heartily endorse her for any sales and marketing position.

Kimberly was reliable, dedicated and very upbeat. Her product knowledge and focus on my project were excellent. She is very organized and diligent and keeps to the schedules set. She kept us informed of the project status on a timely basis and answered all questions in a prompt and honest manner. She did not hesitate to provide updates either positive or negative. When they were negative she always addressed issues head on with solutions that worked.

Of particular value to me as the customer was Kimberly’s leadership of her team. She really worked hard and brought out the best is in all her team members. Even though we weren’t her only customer, she made us feel like we were. I regularly received unsolicited praise from other departments on the level of her service, professionalism and follow-through. She brought other opportunities for additional work, both new installations and annual service contracts to her previous employer. Unfortunately they never followed up after she left.

Kimberly is a hardworking, top-performing professional. She has my highest recommendation, and I would be happy to furnish more details if you would like additional information.
