Key Data The Oberoi Resort is an exclusive 5-‐star resort development, which includes an 82 keys boutique hotel and spa in the stunning harbor of Al Khiran. Alargan has signed a Hotel Management Agreement with the Oberoi Group (the leading luxury hotels and resort operator in Asia) to operate the resort.

Key Data The project was a 13,000 square meters mixed use industrial/directional new building in Italy (Formello, Rome area). Offices, warehouses, health care labs, nursery, a convention center, mess -‐ cafeteria, parking areas. 22 Million Euro total budget. Final handover on March 2008.
