In 2013 there was a coup d'etat that led to the destruction of all governments and the rise of a dictator. It is now 2023 and this dictator is still on throne.

"Next on the agenda we Must discuss Asia." Lucas Taren, the dictator's Royal Advisor said."What about Asia?" On the throne sat the dictator; A young woman of the age 25. Her name is Lucie Smyth. She has long blonde hair and clear blue eyes. She is wearing black and white knee high boots, black gloves, a black miniskirt (Even though she banned them in the beginning of her reign), a red jewel encrusted crown, and a white button up shirt with a red military jacket (lined in blue/gold) and military badges. She always wore this outfit, or a variaton of it.

"They're rioting in Hong Kong and it's starting to get out of hand." Lucas said. "Rioting? Then get some soldiers down there to keep the peace!""But Your Highness all the soldiers are spreaded throughout the North Campania." Lucas informed. "Even in Canada?"
