Door de vele voordelen van LED-verlichting is er de laatste jaren een groeiende vraag ontstaan naar hoogwaardige LED-verlichting.

Luminar is een jonge onderneming die inspeelt op die groeiende vraag. Kwaliteit, functionaliteit en eenvoudige installatie zijn de belangrijkste troeven bij het volledige gamma binnen- en buiten-verlichting die door ons ontworpen en gefabriceerd wordt.

Sinds de oprichting begin 2004 is Luminar één van de eerste en enige bedrijven met de duidelijke visie alleen LED-verlichting te fabriceren.

Onder andere door deze focus kon Luminar uitgroeien tot een leader op de Belgische markt en een forse groei in het buitenland realiseren.

Momenteel zijn we één van de zeldzame fabrikanten die de productie van de LED-armaturen volledig in België houdt, met een blijvend hoge kwaliteit en goed serviceniveau als kenmerken.

Op specifieke vragen van de klant probeert Luminar een gepast antwoord te vinden, al dan niet onder de vorm van maatwerk. Samen met de klant zoeken wij naar de beste oplossing.

Chaque jour, les consommateurs apprécient de plus en plus les avantages du système d’éclairage LED. Ceci résulte qu’un nombre de croissant de personnes substituant l’éclairage LED à leur éclairage traditionnel.

Depuis sa fondation début 2004, Luminar est une des seules entreprises avec comme vision clair: concevoir et fabriquer uniquement de l’éclairage LED.

C’est entre autres grâce à cette vision que la societé Luminar est devenue un leader sur le marché Belge, avec une forte croissance à l’étranger.

En ce moment, nous sommes un des seuls fabricants avec la production des luminaires LED entièrement en Belgique, grâce à ce fait nous pouvons assurer une qualité et un service de très haut niveau.

A côté de sa gamme de dispositifs LED de haute qualité, développés et produits pour usage intérieur et extérieur, Luminar développe également des dispositifs à la demande.

Every day consumers are getting a clearer picture of the benefits of LED lighting. As a consequence a growing number of peopleare switching their lighting from traditional to LED. Luminar is meeting this growing demand as specialists in the creation and production of LED lighting.

Luminar has been investing in LED R&D for many years and has accumulated an unrivalled know-how. Constant voltage power supplies

Luminar works with high quality stabilized power supplies. The use of these power supplies is necessary to ensure the long lifetime of the LEDs. Depending on the fixture, the fixture works on 12Vdc, 20Vdc or 24Vdc. This tension is indicated on the installation manual and the label that is on the fixture.

Connecting fixturesWe distinguish two types of connection:- Fixtures with two wires

(red and black)- Fixtures with three wires

(red, black and blue)

Minimum power dissipation of the power supply = sum power dissipation A1+A2+A3+A4.

Calculation wire sectionSometimes we get the remark:

‘LED lighting consumes little, so i can use a net-work cable for the installation.’

This is not always the case! Especially when using multiple fixtures with power LEDs, you have to be aware of the voltage drop.

On simple demand, Luminar calculates the wire section for your project.

Alimentations tension continu

Luminar propose des alimentations stabilisées de haute qualité. L’utilisation de ces alimentations est nécessaire pour pouvoir garantir la longue durée de vie des LED’s. Dépendant du luminaire utilisé, il fonctionne sur 12Vdc, 20Vdc ou 24Vdc. Cette ten-sion est mentionnée dans le manuel d’installation ou sur l’autocollant sur le luminaire.

Le raccordement des luminaires Nous avons 2 types de luminaires monocolores :- Les luminaires avec 2 conducteurs

(rouge et noir)- Les luminaires avec 3 conducteurs

(rouge, bleu et noir)

Puissance minimum alimentation = puissance A1+A2+A3+A4.

La calculation de la section des conducteursParfois on reçoit la remarque :

‘ L’éclairage LED ne consomme pas beaucoup donc je pourrai utiliser du câble pour réseaux informa-tiques. ‘

Ceci n’est pas toujours le cas. Surtout quand on utilise plusieurs luminaires de grandes puissances il faudra certainement tenir compte des pertes de tension.

Sur simple demande Luminar calculera la section nécessaire pour votre projet. Envoyer votre schéma de câblage avec les longueurs et types de lumi-naires par mail ou fax et Luminar vous donnera de l’information sur la section.

Voedingen met constante uitgangsspanning

Luminar werkt met hoogwaardige gestabiliseerde voedingen. Het gebruik van deze voedingen is nodig om de lange levensduur van de leds te verzekeren. Afhankelijk van de gebruikte armatuur werkt de armatuur op 12Vdc, 20Vdc of 24Vdc. Deze spanning staat vermeld in de installatiehandleiding of op de sticker die op de armatuur gekleefd zit.

Schakeling armaturenBij onze armaturen onderscheiden we twee types:- Armaturen met twee draden

(rood en zwart)- Armaturen met drie draden.

(rood, blauw en zwart)

Minimum wattage van de transfo = som wattages A1+A2+A3+A4.

Berekenen draadsectieSoms krijgen wij de opmerking:

‘LED-verlichting verbruikt niet veel dus ik kan gewoon netwerkkabel gebruiken.’

Dit is echter niet altijd het geval. Zeker als er meer-dere armaturen met grotere vermogens gebruikt worden, moet zeker rekening gehouden worden met het spanningsverlies.

Op eenvoudig vraag berekent Luminar de draad-sectie voor uw project. Mail of fax uw bedradings-schema en Luminar geeft u informatie over de te gebruiken draadsectie.

3. The dimmodule can be used with a standard but-ton or the 0…10V of your domotic system.

For use with a standard button, use connection 1 and 2 of the dimmodule. For use with 0…10V, use connection 6 and 7 of the dimmodule and connect output 1 to output 2 of the dimmodule, before putting voltage on the dimmodule.

The dimmodule does not work with 1…10V current sink potentiometers.

It is possible to put different slaves in parallel. Between connection 1,2 et 3 et 6,7 and 8 of the slave must be a connection

2. Connect the PWM – (4) to the black wire (-) of the fixture. Connect the pwm + (5) to the red wire (+) of the fixture.

3. The dimmodule can be used with a standard but-ton or the 0…10V of your domotic system.

The colormix is a stand alone module for rgb fix-tures. With the module it is possible to change the lightcolor of the fixtures from one place. You can also choose between 4 programs of color changing and you can dim the fixtures.

Grace à cette commande il est possible de partir d’un endroit, de fixer une couleur ou de choisir parmi 1 des 4 pro-grammes pré-programmés. Avec ces programmes, vous pouvez également régler la vitesse. Avec le colormix vous pouvez même dimmer l’intensité de la lumière.

De colormix is een kleursturing voor stand-alone gebruik. Met deze sturing is het mogelijk om vanop één plaats een kleur in te stellen of te kiezen uit één van de vier voorgeprogrammeerde programma’s. Van de programma’s kan de snelheid geregeld worden. Met de colormix kan ook gedimd worden.

Colormix Schema 1:

Gebruik dit schema voor rgb armaturen met vier draden.

1. Connect the power supply to the colormix. 2. Connect the pwm signals of the colormix to the

pwm signals of each fixture. If the total power dissipation is more then 120W, use a slave. Connect the power supply(ies) to the slave(s) and the pwm signals of the slaves to the pwm signals of the fixtures.

3. Connect the colormix module to the colormix 2 slave 1, colormix 2 slave 2, ....

avec les signaux pwm de chaque luminaire (le conducteur rouge, vert, bleu et noir). Si la puissance totale dépasse 120W, il faudra étendre l’installation avec des esclaves. Rac-cordez le(s) transfo(s) avec le(s) esclave(s), et les signaux pwm de(s) esclave(s) avec les luminaires.

3. Raccordez le module colormix avec le module colormix 2 esclave 1, la module colormix 2 esclave 2, …
