Memorandum

On or about April 15, 2011 while conducting some routine heavy cleaning activities, Iaccidentally had a spill and an unfortunate inhalation of gaseous Chlorine and Ammonia.

The inhalation of these two caustic vapors caused burning of the nasal and oral passagesall the way down to the larynx and esophagus. The burning inflammation was quitesevere and damage to the larynx and esophagus was also evident because swallowing wasvery difficult. Speaking was virtually impossible because the larynx was only capable ofgenerating some high pitched squeaks. This effort was also very painful.

I immediately went to the laboratory ad got a spray bottle ofTAFA 400. I sprayed itliberally into the nasal passages and that burning pain subsided immediately. I thenopened the spray bottle and took a mouthful of the TAFA 400 (about three table spoons)and gargled for about two minutes. Again the relief from the burning pain was virtuallyinstantaneous. Later in the day I gargled a similar amount of TAFA 400 and inhaled theTAF A inhalant. In both gargling episodes, after I was through I swallowed the solutionto coat the esophagus. The following day there was no trace of inflammation or damage.

On that day I went to an Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat specialist and after his examinationhe advised that there was no visible damage to the involved organs.

Two weeks later there were no after effects.

RE: Synopsis of Success of the Utilization of TAFA 400 with Hair Transplant Clients

This client's results with TAFA 400 used in his post-operative care following hair transplantation surgery,demonstrates the typical success we have experienced with many like cases where TAFA 400 was substituted forpreviously utilized products. Every client experienced significantly less post-operative problems overall with theTAFA 400 product as compared to previously used products. It was tested on more than forty clients over a ten-month period. Some of these cases were excluded from reports to Luminec either because they were not photodocumented or the client failed to report for their follow-up visits to the clinic. However, these patients werecontacted by phone and all reported no problems and excellent post-surgical results.

Each client was given a two ounce spray bottle of TAFA 400 and instructed to spray the transplantedgrafts and the donor area twice daily. The first application was given by the technician post-operatively and at thetwenty four hour post-operative visit. The client was then instructed to spray the affected areas twice daily afterwound and hair cleansing. Although the quality of cleansing done by clients varied individually and could not becontrolled or measured, the post-surgical results provided by TAFA 400 utilization were consistent. Overallresults in the test group were very positive and the main benefits of using TAFA 400 to enhance the post-surgicalhair transplant process were easily documented.

Prior clients who post -operatively used products other than TAFA 400 would occasionally experienceinfections of the surgical incisions and graft areas. Although relatively uncommon, infection of the surgicalincisions could result if the patient did not follow hygienic directions carefully. This would lead to many furtheroffice visits, more prescription antibiotic use, and an increased amount of clinician time spent with post-operativeclients either by phone or in person. Post-operative clients are generally anxious about the results anyway, andavoiding problems is the goal whenever possible. We were very pleased to see the antibiotic-like properties ofTAFA 400 virtually eliminate any infection problems from appearing in the test group.

Other commonly associated problems for these clients include swelling and bleeding in graft and donorsite areas. This is relatively common the first few days after surgery. Swelling in the donor and recipient areas isthe most common post-operative complaint. Swelling is expected to occur after any incision, and in hairtransplantation surgery there are often 1200 or more incised areas for the grafts on the scalp, as well as a largedonor area incision in the occiput which is closed with sutures.

Adding to the insult of the tissue is the injection of medications into the scalp, and this coupled with theincisions, leads to many frequent complaints of swelling of the scalp. With the use ofTAFA400, minimal or no

swelling was noted in almost all cases. This may be the result of the rapid, enhanced healing from the use of TAFA400. This was especially impressive since swelling is the most common post-operative problem.

Post-operative bleeding is not usually an issue for most clients, but TAFA 400 clients had no problemswhatsoever with immediate post-operative bleeding. The graft and donor areas healed very rapidly as evidencedby faster scabbing of the incised areas than that noted in non TAFA 400 client groups. Again, this seems toindicate that TAFA 400 induces more rapid healing.

Although the appointments for follow up visits after the initial twenty four hour period varied, the TAFA400 clients came back for at least two to three post-operative checks, usually at one week and two week intervalswith additional appointments as needed. During these follow-up visits it was consistently noted that overallprogress was rapid and with few problems presented. There was very little scarring noted in the TAFA 400

patients, which is significant since scarring can be an issue in both the donor and recipient areas. Overall healingtimes were greatly reduced by about one half compared to patients using other post-operative products. Thesescabs fell off more quickly than usual and the rapidity of hair growth from the newly transplanted grafts seemed tobe greater as well. This may also indicate enhanced healing properties of TAFA 400.

Several TAFA 400 test clients had received previous hair transplants and had utilized other post-operativehair transplant products and thus were in a position to compare the difference. These clients told clinicians thatwithin the first twenty-four hour period they noticed a significant change in their post-operative healing. Theyindependently and voluntarily reported an overall more positive experience using TAFA 400 and continued toreport excellent new hair growth well after the TAFA 400 had been discontinued.

The surgeon and the clinic staff were very favorably impressed with the TAFA 400 product for post-operative use in hair transplantation clients. The surgeon stated that the enhanced healing effects noted withTAFA 400 seemed to be the single most important reason for the favorable results. The clinic owners, alsofavorably impressed, have expressed a strong interest in being able to acquire more TAFA 400 for ongoing use inother hair transplant clients.

Second, I cannot thank both of you enough for the product samples you have providedour family. To say your products are miraculous is a serious understatement; wordscannot describe what we have experienced after using your product.

I have included a few of our testimonies below and I am certain there will be more tocome.

1) Ever since I began a regimen of Coumadin in 2009, irritating bug bites tend tobe amplified on my body, and tick bites are undoubtedly the worst. When Ihave tick bites they swell to about 1/4 of an inch in diameter and burn and itchconstantly. I recently found a tick attached to the lower middle part of myback. Although the tick had probably been attached for less than 2 hours,within 8 hours the "bite" area had swollen and became extremely irritated.The product samples you sent us arrived the next day and that evening mywife applied 2 drops of TAFA 400 to the affected area. Ilet the product absorbinto my skin and completely dry before I went to bed. The next morning thebite area was almost invisible and there was no irritation whatsoever! I didnot reapply any more TAFA 400 and the bite mark is now gone (within 7 days).

Over the past few years my wife has had some skin spots removed from herface. Her physician told her they could be precancerous lesions and it wasbest to have them removed. In late June she noticed two of these spotsgrowing on her face so she applied TAFA 400 drops once per day to thoseareas. Within 3 days the spots began to shrink in size, and now, about 7 dayslater they are barely noticeable.

2) Our 4 month-old granddaughter had troubling bilateral eye infections. Overthe 4th of July weekend she was suffering greatly and had a large amount ofyellowish discharge from both eyes. The prescription medication her motherwas putting in the infant's eyes was not effective. After days of my wife and Iinsisting that she try using the TAFA 400 on the child, my daughter finallyallowed us to apply the TAFA product on the outside of the baby's eyelids, andwe gently rubbed the product over one of her closed eyes. We tried toconvince our daughter to put one drop of TAFA 400 in both of the baby's eyebut she didn't feel comfortable doing so at the time. Last night (2 days afterwe applied the TAFA 400) our daughter called and was very excited becausethe baby's eye we had treated with TAFA 400 seemed to be clear of infectionand had not had any discharge at all, while the other eye still had somedischarge throughout the entire day. Our daughter decided to apply one dropof TAFA 400 directly into the baby's left eye which was the most problematicand that had not responded to the prescription medication. Within 24 hoursthe eye was clear and has been free of infection for the past 8 days.

3) Our youngest daughter found a common wart on her right hand andapplied 2 drops of TAFA 400 on the wart approximately 10 days ago.The wart has all but disappeared.

4) I was suffering with gastroenteritis so I mived one teaspoon of TAFA 400 withthree teaspoons of purified water before gol.g to bed and then again in themorning. My gastroenteritis was gone within 24 hours.

I placed one of my clients, Marjorie Lentz, on an oral regimen of TAFA 400 and she also used the TAFA in aspray bottle for her skin. This woman is 59 years of age and I would describe her as having multiple physicalproblems. Among them are: Lupus, depression, anxiety, Fuchs dystrophy, headaches, mitral valve prolapse,GERD, asthma, carpal tunnel syndrome, high blood pressure and blood sugar issues - plus a few others.

First off, I want to say Thank You! I'm grateful, I'm blown away with my results, and no words can reflect thetype of gratitude I have!

When I first came to see Dr. Yasny I had a host of conditions. This is only a short list of those problems:

I was overweight and suffered from lupus; I had bilateral problems with my hand, wrist, forearm and elbow thatstemmed from overuse due to a congenital issue; I suffered from depression, anxiety, Fuchs dystrophy,headaches, mitral valve prolapse, GERD, asthma, bilateral work comp injuries in my upper extremities,neuropathy, hypoglycemia, osteoporosis, high blood pressur~, etc.

I am relatively healthy at the age of 59 as I have always been very cognizant of my health. Mypractice is in the field of nutrition and I have followed my own advice for a long period of time.My main health related complaints are as follows:

I can't eat ice cream more than once a month without developing congestion and snoring; anytrauma to a toenail often yields a bridge-like defect from the nail bed; and my energy andmotivation levels are substantially less than they used to be.

After receiving my supply ofTAFA 400 I began using the inhalant TAFA twice a day as directed.I also applied a small droplet ofthe liquid TAFA on my toenail bed to see if it could help withone toenail that was not in good condition. After applying the droplets to my toenail for 3 days Inoticed a healthier cqloration change. I also applied a tiny bit ofthe liquid to a split fingernailbed, another recurring and annoying symptom I've had all my life. The split in the skin on myhand healed within a day and a half - which is 100% faster than it normally heals.

The following week I decided to experiment and ate a pint of Haagen-Dazs ice cream. I theninhaled an extra dose of the TAFA. I noticed there was no reaction at all- no snoring at night andno congestion. The next week I decided to eat another pint of Haagen-Dazs ice cream andfollowed it up with an extra dose of the TAFA inhalant. Again I had absolutely no reactionwhatsoever. This is 99.9% very unusual! Being an ice cream lover and feeling really brave, Idecided to experiment a third time the following week. Once again I had no symptomswhatsoever! In the 40 years since changing my diet, I had no reaction to ingesting a milk productonce a week over a three-week period of time. This had never occurred before and made a hugeimpression on me.

My assessment of what I had experienced led me to believe that the TAFA formula must beworking efficiently on the cellular level to process metabolic wastes and other characteristics ofmilk products that cause allergic symptoms. After a period of two months without eating any milkproducts (cheese and ice cream are my favorites) I stopped taking the TAFA products for 5 days.Then one day I decided I wanted to have some ice cream. TAFA 400 Inhalant:

Over the years I have used a variety of nose sprays including Afrin products to relieve my blocked nasal

passages. Afrin only provided me with temporary relief. The more I used it, the more it caused nasal

irritation. I have used other sprays made of salt solutions but find them not only ineffective, but the

solution always found its way down the back of my throat which was very distasteful. Before retiring for

TAFA 400 Spray:

entire hand and between my fingers, and within moments the pain stopped. My hand was brightred and we were both concerned that the burn would develop into blisters and take weeks toheal. Patient: Vem Hunt

Condition: End Stage COPD. See earlier testimonial for detailed description oftheoriginal trial. The following is an update of his current status:

Several months ago Mr. Hunt was placed on a trial program for approximately 3 weeks.Unfortunately there was only so much product available at the time of the study, so thiswas meant to be a limited study of the affects of Tri-Amino and TAF A 400 on COPDover a short duration.

He used a nebulizer and took the TAFA 400 orally. No IV's were used. He used a little ofthe Tri-Amino at first then switched to TAFA 400. The results were remarkable at thetime. His peak flow scores doubled, his need for oxygen was reduced, and he waswalking better and was able to go farther without stopping to catch his breath. His pulseoxymitry numbers were better. His quality of life was improving and his ownpulmonologist even said he looked better with healthier coloring. Less wheezing in thelungs was also noted. He was pleased with the results.

After the trial ended he started to regress. He has battled bouts of pneumonia and wasplaced in the hospital and lung rehab facilities. He has not been home in approximately30-45 days. He is on oxygen 2417. Lately he has been hospitalized for what wasdescribed as aspiration pneumonia. He probably went 2-4 months without taking theTAFA 400. His doctors at this point are describing a severe chronic condition and areunsure if he will ever return home. Our goal is that he does return home.

While in lung rehab, he began taking the TAFA 400 about one month ago using limitedoral doses (maybe a tablespoon per night). He felt this has helped him regain somefunction. He was released to go home last week but again acquired pneumonia, which puthim back into the hospital after one day at home. Today, I understand he was lookingbetter and acting like the old "Vern". His color was better. He has still been using theTAF A nightly. Tomorrow he is being transferred to another hospital facility. We expectthat in the next 2 days we will have permission to use TAFA 400 in a nebulizer, in ahospital setting. I will arrange for him to use TAFA 2x per day for 2-4 weeks. As he

improves we will consider reducing that frequency. He will stay on his usual meds aswell. We will also increase his oral dose to 2-3 tablespoons at night, with a probiotic inthe morning. He has passed the swallowing test which means he no longer needs to drinkonly thickened fluids. This was a concern recently because of the frequency of thesebacterial infections.

I believe that ongoing use with the nebulizer would absolutely help to turn this patient'scondition around and that TAFA 400 is a great substance for repairing/healing the lungs.

Patient: Gittel Hunt

This is an update on the condition of my patient Gittel Hunt. She has been suffering frommild to moderate asthma, and constipation. She also has chronic back pain from injuriessustained in a motor vehicle accident. She is a former holocaust survivor, spending mostof her first year of life in a prison camp.

She has stated that the regular use of TAFA 400 orally has significantly helped herconstipation. She states that when not taking the TAFA for a while her bowels get verysluggish again, reducing her to one bowel movement per week at times. She has alsobeen under tremendous stress lately, which has aggravated her condition.

She also used a nebulizer for a brief period of time, about 2-4 weeks, and did seesignificant improvements in her asthmatic condition. The pain has not changed much as aresult of her limited use of the product.

My opinion would be that regular usage at proper doses would certainly encourage areturn to a more normal state of function of her GI tract. Over time, I believe that thedoses could be reduced or discontinued once restorative healing has taken place. At thistime it is unknown how long she would have to be on a regular program to achievenormal function. I also believe TAFA 400 to be the supreme substance, at this point intime, to treat lung conditions such as asthma. There have been no reported side effectswith TAFA. I believe this product to be entirely safe to use orally, topically, foringestion into the lungs using a nebulizer, and even in an IV form.

Condition: Psoriasis. Location: right and left elbows.

The patient presents with chronic bilateral psoriasis, nearly identical in shape and size.The lesions are very dry and itchy. There is significant areas of redness whitening of theskin with dry, scaly patches, very indicative of psoriasis.

Patient was treated topically on the right elbow only. She began using a small amount oftriamino solution, once - twice daily. Some days only once. She had a total of 5 ml touse. She then began using the Tafa 400 only. Again just on the right elbow. Smallamounts were used, just enough to saturate the tissue. Patient probably used 3 ml ofsolution at the time of these photos. (See below). No other treatments were offeredduring the use of Tafa 400. Total treatment duration at this time would be 11 days.

The elbow being treated is noticeable smaller in size with skin color turning normalaround the outer edges of the original lesion It is still very dry and itchy. The otherelbow was treated with an aTC topical lotion to control the itching. There is a temporarychange in the dryness, but still appears very red. The left elbow is not healing, whencompared to the right. There looks like a definite healing.

Patient: E.B., Age: 71

Condition: Lymphoma of the Spleen

This is a patient with a large constellation of symptoms that have been chronic for approximately 25

years. She has been plagued by chronic fatigue, chronic pain, and significant emotional distress. Her

blood work for the last 20 or so years has suggested the most likely diagnosis of lymphocytic leukemia.

She has had chronically elevated WBC, with ongoing anemia that has been very hard to control. Over

the last several years her spleen enlarged to a dangerous size and it eventually began to outwardly

protrude from her body. She has managed to live a somewhat normal life, but was always very tired.

She has been on a regimen of supplements and herbs, and is undergoing several diverse alternative

treatments, including acupuncture, chiropractic, and emotional work. She has been on anti-depressants

and other meds as needed along the way.

Approximately 2 years ago she was examined by a new oncologist who diagnosed her as having

Lymphoma of the Spleen. Subsequently, she underwent chemotherapy and her spleen has been

reduced in size by about 80 % and her lymphocytes are now under control. Her Hg and iron have also

improved. However; she has had a s-ignificant increas-e in pain since the chemotherapy and suffers from

continuing fatigue. She has also gained approximately 30 pounds.

We felt this would be a great opportunity to try the Tri-Amino and TAFA 400 protocol after her major

chemo intervention. She completed a 30-day nebulizer protocol and a 30-day oral TAFA protocol. She

has also undergone 15 intravenous treatments with TAFA 400. She has continued to use TAFA 400 orally

at night (3 tbsp.) with a probiotic in the A.M. We are now preparing to enter phase 2 which will

encompass a minimum of 6 Tri-Amino IV infusions, up to a total of 14. She will also begin taking 3 tbsp.

of Tri-Amino orally in the A.M. and continue taking 3 tbsp. of TAFA 400 in the evenings for 30 days.

She has noticed some interesting effects since beginning these protocols:

She stated that she has started to lose some weight. She also has more energy, and although it is

sporadic in nature, it is definitely improved. She tolerated a trip to-the east co-ast inthe last week th-at

was very stressful and physically exhausting and she was able to handle it much better than she had

anticipated. She really felt that the TAFA 400 had helped with her ability to be more functional. That is a

huge win for her. She is just starting to notice that she is better able to manage her pain, as it is less

severe compared to the difficulty she had following her chemo treatments. She also stated that she

feels different emotionally (she can be very worried about things to the point of being obsessive). Zoloft

did help somewhat, but she constantly felt drugged and indifferent to things in a negative way, and

didn't really like having to be on the meds. She now feels as if things don't bother her to the same

degree and she doesn't obsess or worry so much. She is enjoying that. I had no idea the Tri-Amino and

TAFA 400 protocols could affect her mood to the degree it has. She has not changed anything else in

her routine that we would not already have been doing, other than the addition of one or two MFR

(myofascial release) treatments. Her emotional changes were occurring before the start of the MFR

treatments, so I really have to credit that to the TAFA 400.

We also tested her cholesterol recently to compare with the levels prior to her taking TAFA 400. Pre

TAFA cholesterol was taken in April of 2010. At that time, her triglycerides were 94 and the HDL's were

10. This is a 9.4:1 ratio of triglycerides to HDL. (Medical authorities really look at triglyceride to HDL

ratios when determining an individual's risk for heart attacks and strokes, etc.). A 1:1 or 2:1 ratio is

considered good and safe. The higher the ratio, the worse it is. Her being at 9:1 was considered

dangerous and a significant risk factor for heart disease. This would also be related to a chronic and

significant amount of inflammation within the body. However, after undergoing the TAFA 400 protocol,including at least 8 IV treatments, her HDL's went-up 35 points and are now at 45. Hertriglycerides also

were actually considered too low and went up approximately 8 points. The ratio now is about 3:1.

I will be providing more blood work and other diagnostic data as it comes in.

I would say at this early stage of use, the TAFA 400 could prove to be extremely important in post cancertreatments to help the body achieve normalization of tissue and function.

Patient: Debra Holden on January 12,2011

Height: 5' 8" Weight: 125

This patient complains of numbness in her legs and arms andinto the hands as well. She has difficulty gaining weight. Shealso complains of weakness in the right leg. The numbnessextends to the big toe on the right foot. She also complains ofnumbness in her face. She has had moderate to severe fatigueduring this time as well, often resulting in having tosignificantly modify her physical activities, including takingcare of her family, household chores, and participating inrecreational activities. In addition, she has moderate,intermittent back pain throughout the entire spine. She has asignificant amount of spasms and subluxations. This has beengoing on for approximately 11 months. She has tried numeroustreatments in the medical realm, and has seen neurologists and

other specialists who have ruled out structural reasons for all of her numbness and discomfort. Her MRIand neurologic workup just did not support structural dysfunction as a basis for the numbness. The feelingfrom the medical community was that she possibly had a systemic infection. They have all 'thrown uptheir hands' as far as offering a treatment solution that would help her.

Remarkable blood test results: High normal eosinophils (could be due to parasitic infection).

Significant other history: Benign pituitary tumor.

I believe she has some type of systemic infection that has attacked her nervous system and altered the wayshe perceives her sensory data. My opinion is that most likely she has a parasitic infection. My normalherbal protocols did not help her. These included very specific herbal formulas known to help the bodycleanse itself from parasites. These work in approximately 90% of the cases I treat, but this was aparticularly frustrating patient to help because of the lack of response to my program. We decided it wasimportant to try the Tri-Amino and TAPA 400 Protocol. We were not sure what would happen, but I wasbasically out of options. She has had enough physical treatments to fix these problems ifthey werestructural. Although the treatments do help minimize her spinal pain, it has not helped the numbness orthe fatigue. She also continues to have a general sense of "not feeling right" that comes and goes.(It should be noted that she has had a benign pituitary tumor for many years but no one feels it is relatedto what we are working on here).

Treatment with TAF A 400 and Tri-Amino. The patient began a full course of TAFA 400 and Tri-Amino in the following manner in late winter and early spring of2011. She started with a 30 day courseof nebulizer treatments beginning with Tri-Amino for 5 days, 2x per day, mobilizing for 30-45 min. Shethen began using TAFA 400 in the nebulizer at a frequency of twice per day for 10 days. After that shereduced it to once per day for 30-45 minutes using TAFA 400 in the nebulizer.

She also began a course of oral administration ofTAFA 400 with a dosage of 3-4 tbsp. in the morningand again in the evening. This was done over a 30-day period. (It should be noted that IV treatmentsstarted about 2/3 of the way into her use ofthe nebulizer and oral protocols, so there was some overlap ofsimultaneous use of IV, nebulizer, and oral ingestion).

Before using the IV protocols, I would say the results were marginal. There was a slight improvement butnot much. She had limited success with this. She did note an increase in energy at times, but did not feelthere were any significant changes.

We then began a course of IV treatments in the following manner: we used a 250 ml drip with 100 ml ofTAFA 400 each treatment, with each session lasting around an hour.

After the first four IV treatments her feedback has been very positive overall. After the first IV treatmentshe felt very weak and light-headed, and had some nausea and chills. It was discovered that she had noteaten in the prior 5 hours, and had only taken in a small amount of water and fluids that day. She alsodressed rather lightly. She had used TAFA 400 in the nebulizer earlier that day. Sessions number 2 to 4went much better without any side effects at all, as she ate and drank more and dressed warmer, and didnot use the nebulizer on the same days as the IV. She and the nurse were concerned about her low bloodpressure and blood sugar after the first treatment. She has also varied the flow rate and played with thatfor the next 3 sessions.

The following symptomatic changes were noted after IV number 4:The most striking change was that she has been able to feel her right big toe for the first time in at least6-8 months. The numbness has returned, but it is starting to come back to life. She also stated that she wasstarting to notice more hours in the day where she felt better and more "normal". She feels something ishappening and changing in her.

She has now completed 14 total IV treatments. We only doubled up on the TAFA 400 one time, but forher it seemed like it was a little too much; no significant negative affects, other than maybe some fatigue,just an overall feeling that 100 m1was a better dose for her. With 100 ml dosages she now states that sheis about 80-90% improved. She is now free of all numbness in her face, and almost completely in herextremities. She does have an occasional trace of the symptoms either in the big toe, or around the mouth.However, the symptom does not last long at all, and she is back to feeling almost completely normal. Shehas a lot more energy and has been doing things physically that she was unable to do before. Her qualityof life has significantly improved.

She has shown some signs lately that this entire condition is not completely solved. There have beensome occasional bouts with GI disturbances and a feeling that she is still not totally over this. I believethat there has been a mild relapse in the parasitic infection. I believe that parasites often reside within theintestinal mucosa and there may have been some dormancy that has been activated. This would accountfor the occasional relapses in times of stress. We believe that another round of IV treatments using a littleTri-Amino and mostly TAFA 400 at a frequency of once per week for 8-12 weeks would be prudent to"finish the job". Even if no further improvement were to be achieved, I would still call this an extremelysuccessful and impressive outcome when you compare her clinical picture before introducing the TAF Aprotocols.

One very interesting situation that recently occurred should also be noted. She was on vacation last weekin North Carolina spending a lot of time boating on the lake and was in the sun all day, everyday for aweek. She started the week using sunscreen but could not see any type of tanning taking place. She washoping to get a little color so she stopped using any sunscreen at all for the last 4 days. She did not burn atall! People with her on the trip were amazed at this. She had been doing weekly IV's ofTAF A 400 at thispoint for 2-3 weeks and taking some orally at night. She believes that she was protected from the sun bythe internal ingestion ofTAFA. She did not apply TAFA 400 topically on the trip. (See the photo below).

My opinion on the use of Tri-Amino and TAF A 400 for systemic infections with high eosinophils andthose involving parasites, is that these formulas are incredibly powerful agents in helping the body riditself ofthese infectious processes. It is totally safe without any side effects whatsoever. It must beconsidered as a course of therapy for non-structural causations resulting in physical manifestations ofpain, numbness, malaise and fatigue.

Update regarding my patient Linna Tucker: Height 5'4", Weight 135 pounds, Age 50

Condition: Discoid Lupus Erythematosus

This patient has had this condition for approximately 15 years. Although the diagnosis isDiscoid, I believe she shows signs of Systemic (SLE). She has a huge constellation of symptoms.The most significant include pain in the neck and back, moderate to severe fatigue, and mild tomoderate lymphedema of the left foot, ankle and lower leg. She also suffers from patches of hairloss on her scalp, issues with coordination, very fragile veins, and pain in various joints. She hasissues with GI and bladder, as well as the toenails. She was recently diagnosed with glaucoma.She has difficulty sleeping at times, going through cycles of waking up at 2-3 a.m. She alsocomplains of sinus and allergy types of symptoms. She has emotional issues includingdepression and anxiety, mood swings, and anger. She has blurred vision. There is some tinnitus.She complains of poor memory, poor concentration, and difficulty making decisions. She getscanker sores and hives, suffers from flushing and hot flashes, as well as stiffness and limitedmovement in areas of her body.

Her most recent blood chemistry showed 8 positive markers for Lupus. These include positivemarkers for ANA in 3 categories, low lymphocytes and low WBC, plus a couple of others. Shepresents with pain and spasms and edema of the foot. Alternative treatment modalities have beenin place for the last 2-3 years including chiropractic, myofascial release, other soft tissuemodalities, lots of nutrition, high alkaline water, and acupuncture. These have helped hersomewhat, but nothing has resolved her issues.

She recently started the new, modified Tri-Amino and TAPA 400 protocols. She began with 5days of nebulizer treatments using Tri-Amino twice a day for 30-45 min. After 5 days sheswitched to using TAF A 400 in the nebulizer at the same dosages for a period of 10 days, thenreduced treatment to once a day for 15 days. The dosage is approximately 'l2 to % tbsp. perapplication. She is on the 2nd half of that right now. She has also taken 3 tbsp. of TAPA 400 eachnight before bed, a probiotic in the morning on an empty stomach, and 3 tbsp. of Tri-Amino each

morning for 10 days. This was supposed to be a 30-day protocol but she was only able to take theTri-Amino for 10 days due to lack of product. She is on the second 10 days of oral TAFA 400and has enough to complete the 30 days.

Also, she has now started the IV portion of the protocol. This will be a dynamic processdepending on how she responds. The plan for the first two weeks is to use 100 ml of Tri-Aminoin 250-300 ml of saline, standard one-hour drip, to be monitored closely. This dosage will beused for the first two IV treatments. Beginning the second week we will increase the dosage to200 ml in 300-400 ml of saline. This will be done twice that week. At that point we will assessher condition and either switch her to TAFA 400 IV or continue for 1-2 weeks with Tri-Amino.She will probably have 6-12 units of Tri-Amino IV followed by 8-15 units ofTAFA 400. Wewill also determine the need for ongoing oral application.

She has had trouble with the first IV treatment and broke 3 needles, so the process was stopped.We then waited a week and used a 24g winged infusion needle, which went in okay, but shedeveloped a clot with about 100 ml of solution remaining. Other than that, she felt good after thetreatment. She is also on the new eye drop preparation of Tri-Amino and has reported burning inher eyes for a very short time, and then it stops. She is on medication for glaucoma as well. Shehas taken the Alert on occasion and noted a slight increase in energy.

Changes in condition: she has noticed a few things since starting the protocol. At times herenergy was improved with less late afternoon fatigue. She has been able to significantly reducethe amount of supplements she takes without a reduction of function. She was on a productcalled Luparate, 9 per day, which helped keep the scalp symptoms at bay as well as a few othersymptoms. She has stopped the Luparate since beginning the TAF A 400 program and has nothad any relapse that would normally have occurred when that drug is discontinued. She hadsome days where she slept better but that is still up and down. She may be experiencing a littleless pain. Overall, she appears to have a smaller list of medical complaints, but this is a broadgeneralization. I really expect to see a larger shift towards improved function after more IVtreatments.

Also, we will now add in NatoKinase to aid with blood clotting and reduce the chance foradverse thrombolytic activity.

At this point the Tri-Amino and TAFA 400 appear to be having a slight effect, but it is early inthe process. There have been no other significant adverse affects reported by the patient.

Patient: Darlene Rubano

To summarize, this patient has a very severe constellation of symptoms and conditionsthat have significantly and adversely affected her health for the last 30 years. Thiswoman is now 69 years old. She is diabetic, has chronic pain syndrome, chronic fatiguesyndrome, obesity, brain fog, is always very tired, wakes up several times per night withan over-active bladder, has high blood pressure, anxiety, tinnitus, and recently brokebones in both of her feet within a few weeks of each other. She is prone to virus andsinus issues several times per year. She was on meds for ADD but we have since beenable to get her off those. She is a very intelligent and pleasant woman with a beautifulfamily and caring husband. She is on meds for diabetes, etc.

Note: see attached history for a very thorough, first-hand explanation of her condition.

She has completed phase one of the Triamino and TAFA 400 protocol. This phaseconsisted of her taking Triamino in a nebulizer for 5 days, 2x per day. The dosage wasapproximately 'l2 to % tbsp. The session would last 30-45 min. She then switched toTAFA 400 in the nebulizer, same dosages, 2x per day for 10 days, then reducing to onceper day for 15 days. During this time she was on a probiotic as well as other nutritionalsupplementation. She took the TAFA 400 orally - 3 tbsp. dosage in the morning and 3tbsp. in the evening for 30 days. She also underwent IV infusion of the TAFA 400. Shehas had a total of 15 units (100 ml= 1 unit). She had 2 IV's per week and we doubled thedosage of the IV's on 3 separate occasions giving her 200 ml in 300 ml of saline.

She also used the drops in her ears and is continuing to do so. She will put 5 drops ineach ear once per day, and let them "absorb" for 5-10 minutes while lying on her side.She is also using the Alert and upper respiratory formulations as needed.

The usage of the products appears to be very safe. There were two instances where shehad an upset stomach after having the IV infusion. She vomited on those occasions buthad no other noticeable affects. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that shehad recently started a 500 calorie per day diet program (with HCG), and had eaten verylittle prior to the IV's. I believe that to be the cause of the reaction and we stronglyrecommended that she increase her caloric intake, with significant increases of protein,and she has had no reactions since. It should be noted that there does appear to be asoftening affect of her veins, and the nurses have to be skilled and take this intoconsideration. It appears to remind them of the veins of young children which apparentlyare softer and more pliable.

We have noticed the following changes in her condition:-Her energy is up about 10-20 %;-Her brain fog has decreased about 10-20%;-Her blood pressure is stabilizing as far as the diastolic numbers.Prior to beginning the TAFA 400 program, she had gone through numerous meds tocombat the HBP, but the side effects were not acceptable and the numbers didn't reallychange much anyway, and sometimes even worsened. Before the TAFA 400 program,her original numbers were in the neighborhood of210-230 over 100-130. It has reallyjumped all over the place in the last several months. Last week when I checked her BP itwas 178/82. It is still jumping around but more often the diastolic is in a very comfortablerange [see graph below]. There has been no appreciable change in her weight loss.

Comments: It should be noted that due to logistical issues, the three main components ofthe protocol were not administered concurrently. The nebulizer program was interruptedafter about 2 weeks due to malfunctioning of the machine. There was about a 1-2 weekbreak in the middle so that was protracted and interrupted. The oral portion was started atthe same time as the nebulizer, but the IV treatments were not able to commence untilabout 3 months after starting the oral and nebulizer. It is not known how the outcomewould have been if everything was done concurrently, giving the body a larger saturation.I believe we have seen evidence of detoxification and she has had at least 2 viralinfections while under going these treatments. I believe this to be part of detoxing. Shewill have sores in the nose, or cracked skin on the fingers, sinus congestion and raspyvoice. Her immune system is slow to react to these and takes longer for her to heal thanmost people.

Phase two is beginning with a new protocol of Tri-Amino - 3 tbsp. orally each morning,and TAFA 400 - 3 tbsp. orally each evening. This will be a 30-day program of oralapplication and a probiotic is to be taken on an empty stomach each morning. She willalso undergo 5 weeks of Tri-Amino IV treatments only 2x per week using 200 m1per IVof the Tri-Amino beginning on week 2 of these new IV treatments. We are continuingthe eardrops. (There has been no change in the tinnitus thus far). We will than re-assessthe need for further TAFA 400 IV treatments. This will give us a chance to see how theIV and the oral program in harmony will affect her outcome.

Weak muscles, especially in the legsI am able to walk for only 7 to 10 consecutive minutes before needing to rest. Climbing the stairsin my home is very difficult at times.

Frequent urination

I awaken every 1-1/2 to 2 hours each night to urinate. Frequency occurs during the day as well.

Update regarding patient Alex BeecherAge 12

Condition: Warts located on palm, middle fmger and thumb.

Patient was treated topically with TAF A 400 once or twice daily and on some days only once.Small amounts ofTAFA were used, just enough to saturate the tissues. Patient used a total ofapproximately 10-15 ml of solution. No other treatments were offered during the TAFA 400protocol.

The post treatment pictures now represent about 10 weeks of treatment. I estimate the conditionto be 90%-100% improved. We have discontinued the topical application and he has had noreactions or side effects of any type.

Pasha is my Bombay cat, all black with gold colored eyes. He is very sleek and looks like aminiature black panther. He is affectionate, smart, and likes to cuddle. The normal lifeexpectancy of a Bombay is 13 to 15 years and Pasha is now 13 years old.

I feed him 5 drops ofTAFA 400 on a teaspoon size lump of Newman's Own Organic Cat Food.The primary change in Pasha since I began giving him TAFA 400 is the size of his appetite.

He used to be satisfied with 1 cup per day of dry cat food (formulated for senior cats). I nowdivide his food into 2 scoops of 1/2 cup each. My husband gives him part of one scoop about 5or 6 in the morning and I give him the rest of it a little at a time as the day goes by. I give himpart of the second scoop about 6 p.m. and the rest about 10 p.m. I found that if! give him thewhole scoop at once he would gobble it up fairly quickly and have nothing to snack on later inthe day. Since he has been on the TAFA 400 he needs 3 scoops (I -1/2 cups) to get him through the-day.He would eat more if I let him, but I won't because I don't want him to get fat. He isn't as activeas he was when he was younger and could easily gain too much weight.

A couple of times per week Pasha will invite me to play. He did this more often when he wasyoung. He will scamper around and chase a laser dot or try to catch toys that we play with. Hedoesn't play for as long a time as when he was young, but before the TAF A 400 he wasn'tinviting me to play at all. When he was young he used to "hang out" with me before going to thecouch for his main nap at noon. Then he stopped doing that. Now, since taking TAFA 400maybe once or twice a week, he likes to "hang out" with me. He sits on the chair next to me atthe kitchen table and helps me with the crossword puzzle.

He doesn't sleep through the night. He never has. He gets up around 4 Of 5 in the morning tostand guard at the front window. The early morning hours are when small woodland creaturesbegin to prowl around searching for food. We have seen raccoons, opossums, skunks, and theneighbor's cat in the area. I can tell if Pasha has been doing battle at the front window by thenumber of flowerpots that are knocked over. He is a very brave watch-cat and he takes his jobseriously. Although I have tried, I have not been successful in getting him to turn his days andnights around a little so that he might spend more time awake with us during the day. About a year and a half ago, Daisy's beautiful coat began to thin out starting from the top of her neckarea down to the very top of her back and down both sides to her belly. Her tail and behind her rear legswere also affected. Her skin pigment in these affected areas had turned to a shade of dark purple whilethe rest of her skin remained a healthy light pink color in the unaffected areas. We had taken Daisy tomany different veterinarians in the hopes of resolving whatever was causing this disfigurement on herbody. Per the advice from you and Steven, on May 25, 2011 we moved to the next level of treatment using alower dosage of half an eye dropper of TAFA 400 once a day for two weeks. Almost immediately wewere able to see small spots and patches of healthy light pink pigment appearing within the dark purple

Dear Steven and John,

I am a medical doctor and one of my specialties is diabetes. I have personally suffered from diabetes for many years

but have managed to keep my blood sugar readings within acceptable levels due to my knowledge of medications. It

has, however, been a continual juggling act and I developed several side effects from these medications.
