Costs are per adult, in AUD, and are based on the lead-in twin-share accommodation, in each of the specified categories at time of publication. Valid for new bookings until 30 November 2016. Single travellers must pay a single supplement. Prices are subject to change with or without notice, whether or not the final balance of your holiday has been paid. Air, cruise and accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Hotels are subject to change at any time with or without notice. Does not include additional accommodation made necessary due to flight schedules, and not previously stated in the itineraries.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS Once your booking is made, Cruiseco will send a written confirmation to your Travel Agent with the schedule of payments.

• Cruises with a duration of 14 days or less will require the payment of a 25% deposit within 3 days of the reservation being confirmed.

• Cruises with a duration of 15 days or longer will require the payment of a 25% deposit within 7 days of the reservation being confirmed.

The payment of a deposit secures your cruise berth and accommodation. Failure to pay the deposit by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking. Final payments will be due 125 days prior to departure from Australia.

Bookings made within 125 days or less prior to departure from Australia will require full payment immediately upon confirmation. Failure to complete the payment by the due time will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS In case you have any special meal requirement, advise your travel agent at the time of booking. Special meal requirements are only accepted “on a request basis” and cannot be guaranteed.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR HOLIDAY PRICE Passport and visa fees, insurances of all kinds, laundry, phone calls, beverages (except the complimentary beverages offered aboard your Seabourn cruise), items of personal nature, optional excursions, and any other items that have not been previously specified in your itinerary. Gratuities are not included and are not mandatory aboard Seabourn.

The price does not include any costs or expenses, including the return to your home, if you leave the cruise on your own volition, due to illness, or as a consequence of official action by the government.

ITINERARY CHANGES Seabourn reserves the right to amend the cruise itinerary at any time up to and during the voyage.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION Travel documents will be sent to you approximately 14 days prior to departure from Australia (providing full payment has been received). If you are departing Australia earlier, please ask your Cruiseco Travel Agent to request your travel documents in good time.

TRAVEL INSURANCE We recommend that you obtain travel insurance before paying a deposit. Failure to obtain travel insurance means you could be liable for cancellation fees in the event that you need to cancel your trip.

BOOKING CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your holidays, we must be notified in writing. The cancellation date of your booking will be the day that the written notice is received. Cancellation fees and penalties will apply once a deposit or final payment have been received. These cancellation fees will be levied by the shipping company, airlines, and other suppliers, and will be greater the closer to the travel date the cancellation happens. Check very carefully with your Cruiseco Travel Agent what the fees and schedule of cancellation applied to your journey is, before making a booking.

If changes or alterations are required to a confirmed booking, a fee of A$25 per person will apply, unless the change required reverts the cost of your holiday to a higher amount. Changes required to a holiday with 120 days or less prior to a cruise departure will be treated as a cancellation, and the normal schedule of cancellation fees will apply.

The cancellation fees above mentioned are inclusive of G.S.T and will apply once a notice of cancellation is received.

The cancellation fees informed are in addition to any cancellation charges that may be levied by your Cruiseco Travel Agent.

In the case your holiday arrangement includes flights, if the cancellation notice is received after your air tickets have been issued, additional cancellation charges will apply to the above stated cancellation fees.

CRUISECO’S STATEMENT OF BUSINESS PRACTICE Your Cruiseco Travel Agent will provide you, on request, with a copy of Cruiseco’s “Statement of Business Practice”.

OTHER CONDITIONS It is your responsibility to ensure you have read all of the Booking Terms and Conditions and to provide valid travel documents. Be sure to ask your Cruiseco Travel Agent for advice concerning passport and visa requirements.

BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS Your booking arrangements are to be made by your Cruiseco Travel Agent, and the person affecting the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions.
