The loyalty program at Lyoness is quite simple. The company offers an incomparable

network of chain stores, online Loyalty Merchants, and SMEs, which enables loyalty

shopping across the globe. Currently, members can shop at approximately 39,000 Loyalty

Merchants as well as roughly 5,000 Online Loyalty Merchant stores in order to take full

advantage of their Cashback Benefit.

Every time a person purchases an item as a Lyoness member, he or she receives credit of

up to 2 percent of the value of the purchase back to his or her Cash Account. Thus, the

Lyoness member continuously increases the amount in their personal Cash Account each

time they shop. When the account reaches a certain point, it will automatically be transferred

into the member’s bank account without any deductions.

In addition to the cashback rewards, Lyoness also offers a rewards program in the form of a

friendship bonus. If a member recommends Lyoness to a friend, they will receive 0.5% of the

purchase revenue that is generated by the new member, which is called a direct friendship

bonus. Then, if that member recommends another friend, the initial member will receive

another 0.5% of the purchase revenue from that new member’s purchases. This is called an

indirect friendship bonus.
