From: James, Anita [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Thursday, October 16, 2014 2:50 PM To: Mitzie Wright Cc: Tate, Jacqueline Subject: Chesapeake Commission on Health and Well Being Ms. Wright, Sandy Long forwarded your message regarding the replacement of Dr. Patricia Tompkins on the Chesapeake Commission on Health and Well Being. Ms. Joanne Overton has been assigned some of Dr. Tompkins’ former responsibilities, but she also has a number of other duties in her role as Supervisor of Secondary Science, Health, and Physical Education. Therefore, Mr. Chad Triolet, Safe Routes to School Coordinator, is recommended as the sole replacement for Dr. Tompkins. We are no longer seeking to have co-representatives as requested earlier. I hope that this change will not cause problems for the commission. You are encouraged to contact me if clarification is needed. Thank you! Anita B.
