Terms and ConditionsProvisional bookings will be held for 14 days. A non-refundable deposit of £10pp is required the confirm a booking.

If a deposit is not received within 14 days of the booking it will be automatically cancelled.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other date, nor can they be used as part of thefinal payment should the numbers be reduced.

Final balance must be paid 21 days before your party date. Once final payment is made it isnon-non-refundable and non-transferable.

Food and Beverage Pre-Order Forms are available from our Christmas Team on 028 9038 1111 or at [email protected]. Pre-orders and final balance are due 21 days prior to your booking date. Any changes made

to the pre-order or booking after this date is subject to availability.All menu selections must be received a minimum of 14 days before your event including allergens and dietary requirements.

In the absence of a pre-order, soup, turkey and Christmas pudding will be provided once full payment is made,no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.

10% 10% discount is only applicable to Party Nights and Dine & Disco bookings.Party Lunch, Piper Room bookings are not eligible for this discount.

All guests eating in the Piper Room must vacate their table by 4pm. The Piper Room has a turnaround time of 2 hours for each booking, no bookings after 3.30pm for lunch and 8.30pm for dinner.

Accommodation offers are shown on a room only basis for event dates. These rates are non-refundable and full payment must be made at time of booking. Any extras added to your room throughout your room will be charged on departure.

Should the hotel for reasons beyond its control need to make any amendments to your booking we reservetthe right to offer alternative arrangements.

The hotel may cancel your booking if scheduled payments are not received by agreed dates.Management reserve the right to refuse admission or ask any guest to leave with no refunds given.

Methods of Payment: Cash, Credit or Debit Cards, BACS or Cheques, Cheques and BACS paymentswill not be accepted within 7 working days of your event.

PLEASE NOTEGuests aGuests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol on to the premises and event organisers are responsible for ensuring that everyone in their party is aware of this prior to arrival. It is a condition of the booking that alcohol not purchased from
