INCON-M470 operates l ike a Windows-l ike system which has
menu, dialog box, and hotkey so that users with Windows
experience can easi ly get used to it. It also has bui lt- in context
sensit ive help system, users can access help information of
present task by simply pressing F1.
The system is also bui lt with programming aid for those who are
not famil iar with CNC codes by simply f i l l ing out a dialog box for
certain NC code.
High Speed Capability, High Precision Functionality
INCON-M470 possesses faster closed control loop and PLC loop. It also
supports smaller command and detection unit which makes the system more
precise and f its the work demands on t iny parts.

The interpolat ion and HSHP control of INCON-M470 works seamlessly, which
brings wonderful effect and precision for work on al l kinds of material.

INCON-M470 is a standard, complete, and high performance CNC control ler
for 4-axis machining / engraving center. The system provides complete set of
G, M, S, T codes. It also possesses complete compensation mechanism,
which includes Tool Radius / Length Compensation for program execution,
and Backlash / Pitch Error / Circular Quadrant / Spindle Temperature
Variance Compensation for mechanical structure.
INCON-M470 has ful l sets of operational functions for user convenience,
such as hold, single step, machine lock, simulation, run from middle, and
manual feed forward / backward.
INCON-M470 is composed of central control unit (BCCU), servo adaptor unit
(ASVU), and general I/O unit (GEXU-HD). There are st i l l some optional units
for physical appl ication: operational panel unit (GKYU-10 or GKYU-8), extra
general I/O unit (GEXU-HD), and general analog unit (GEAU). Al l units are
communicated through INET network. Machine panel can be tai lor made to
f it various demands of machine maker either with standard I/O mapping or
with the aid of INET communication module and bui ld it as part of INET
network.
INCON-M470 also serves as a Server so that users can manage its f i le
system through standard Ethernet. It supports USB function as wel l , which
can enhance the portabi l i ty of data or be used to expand storage space.
